"It is a nice hotel with extremely nice staff. I would recommend not to overwhelm trying to obtain more from the clients. Many of us just want to relax and, if needed, it is enough if we just know that there are other options. Next time I will complain and perhaps choose another hotel."

"Estuve 4 noches en el area VIP, con 3 habitaciones, (2101, 2102 y 2103) las habitaciones muy bien pero los 4 dias estuvieron trabajando en los cuartos del piso superior y nos despertaban con martillos, taladros, fue IMPOSIBLE descansar. Reclamamos y no hicieron nada para solucionar el problema."
