NH visit

This was a family vacation - mom, dad, and two children (13 and 10). We loved staying at this condo. The kids enjoying having their own rooms. The view was beautiful, we loved cooking there every day, and the beds were comfortable. Rana was very prompt when we needed to reach out in regards to anything at this property. Thank you!

NH fall 24

Lovely comfortable condo near restaurants & shopping on rainy days. Awesome views from the living room and the master bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset and spectacular star gazing. We were able to use the gas fireplace a few nights. Communication with Rana was excellent. We loved the area so much we requested an extra nights stay. Rana was gracious and honored that request. Will definitely return.

Nice getaway place

My son, parents and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and well organized. The host was very easy to communicate with during the process. The view from the place is incredible, we will return for that alone. Nice neighbors next door.

Another great stay!

This was our fourth summer stay in Rana's lovely updated unit. That should tell you most of what you need to know. Comfortable, well-kept-up, immaculate, really well-equipped. And Rana is the best host, informative and easy to deal with.

Spectacular location and condo!

This is our second summer staying at Rana’s condo and we cannot wait to return again next year! The place is spotless, has everything you need to make meals and the location is close to everything. We love the pool and how quiet the area is. Make sure to check out the awesome sunsets from the back patio.

Fall in New Hampshire

We went to visit friends and see the fall. We love the area. Our condo was the best. The view is spectacular. The condo was so comfortable and the kitchen was stocked to my cooking perfection. We loved the whole thing. Highly recommend this place. The foliage was beautiful. North Conway is so nice. Great food and fun. We crossed off a bucket list and did the Cog Railway. So fun!

Waking up to stunning view

This condo is simply wonderful! And the view out the living room window was breathtaking. Very clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was perfect. The kitchen was absolutely amazing!!! Stocked with everything needed to make the perfect meal. Would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing way to experience the beauty of New Hampshire

Eagle Ridge is a beautiful community in a peaceful neighborhood. Rana has a gorgeous condo with comfort in mind. She recently added air conditioning, which we were very thankful for during 80-90° weather.

Mountain View Condo

This is the third August that our family has stayed in Rana's wonderful condo, which should indicate 5-star satisfaction. I'm happy to repeat what I've written before: Spotless, tastefully updated condo unit. Air conditioned this year. New appliances, very well-equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Clear instructions and lots of info about places to eat and things to do in the area. Gorgeous sunsets from the deck overlooking the mountains. And our host, Rana, is so responsive and easy to work with. We'll be back ! Again!

Always perfect

We stay in this condo every time we visit North Conway. In our opinion, it’s the cleanest and most comfortable place we’ve ever rented and hope to visit for many years to come. The view is breathtaking, and the owner has done a beautiful job with upgrading the unit including the installation of air conditioning which is a bonus on hot summer days. Overall, I highly recommend this rental!

Amazing

We stayed at Rana’s place for a couple of nights. The place is wonderfully furnished has all the amenities you can hope for and the views are amazing. The location is very convenient close to North Conway, restaurants, and other attractions. Rana is available for any requests and if there’s a problem, she responds instantly. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Great View, Peaceful Location

We love staying here! Rana did a beautiful job decorating the place and making sure we have everything we need. The area is quiet and peaceful. We love sitting on the porch and admiring the view or taking a walk in the neighborhood.
