This home was NOT ready to be leased out as vacation rental!! Two and a half days we were with little to no air! The living room couch was heavily stained to the point we put a sheet on it. The blinds over the kitchen sink were damaged and torn up. There was a hole in the wall in the back bedroom where it appeared some plumbing work was being done but not completed. The linen in the middle bedroom had a black stain on the fitted sheet and the comforter was stained as well. In the hall near the ceiling appeared to have water damage to the point it looked rusted and starting crumble up. Other areas in the hallway looked the same way. And the house smelled old. I spoke with the house host during my stay about my issues and I was only compensated one nights stay. I feel like I should have been given back two nights stay because we had little to no air.

There is nothing terribly wrong with this property. That said, it leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, the unit is in need of a deep clean, repairs, and some basic items to make it comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for families, especially with young children.Cleanliness - The couch is covered in noticable food stains, and we found hair clumps in the corner of the bathroom.Maintenance - There are areas of crumbling plaster and orange stains on the ceiling where parts of the ceiling are peeling away. The towel bar in the upstairs bathroom isn't actually attached and kept falling down. There is cracked tile in the bathroom and the floor vent isn't attached creating a hazard. When we arrived, the smoke detectors were in a closet, so we replaced them in the bedrooms. The outdoor space is littered with spare fencing and wood and is poorly maintained, so that it would be hard to navigate for anyone with mobility issues and would be dangerous for young children.Comfort Items - I wish there were blackout curtains. There weren't enough dinner knives to set places for the 4 us of, and there were two coffee makers, but neither of them worked. (We did contact the owner about these issues. They sent more cutlery and a new functioning coffee maker, but it took a couple days, so we did have those for the last morning of our trip.)Pros - The host provided plenty of extra toilet paper and towels and commcommuned quickly.

We had an event at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was a 10 minute drive as stated. We had trouble upon our first entry but when messaging they responded very quickly and got us in, user error. The place had bedrooms and dining as expected. It’s an older house and definitely dated but it was nice and did the job for us. We door dashed food but could have cooked if needed. We would stay here again. Fairly priced, great owners.

Good spot to drop your bags at but a little tough when the first thing you see is a stained couch. Not to mention the “clean” towels had stains on them as well. I know it was probably baked into the price but come on.

The property was cozy and clean and everything we needed was supplied for the stay. The HomeBase team took great care of us, and they were very responsive to communication. They took care of all of our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable and at ease no matter what. A great host team that I would stay with again and recommend anyone looking to stay!

Living room , dining and kitchen were clean and comfortable. Upstairs needs some updates as some walls are poorly finished. We had 4 people and it was decent for the price. Easy access to the convention center downtyarea by car or Uber.

The host was so easy to communicate with us as a few things happened that we needed help with. The house worked perfect as a duplex. Boys with two chaperones in one side and girls with me on the other. Decent priced and such a cute neighborhood!

Good as long as you're not cooking - 3 lids of the same size matching maybe 1 of the pans. Called multiple times right before or after checkout for no response, Expedia was having issues and wanted to see how to checkout

The place was located in a beautiful area and very close to the city. Very clean and host was helpful immediately with any questions. I wish my family and I could have stayed longer than just the short trip we took here.
