5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this Sea Pines property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our family. The location made it easy to enjoy everything Hilton Head has to offer, and communication with the host was seamless. Highly recommend — we’d gladly stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The owners were always very responsive and easy to work with. The online pictures are very accurate and the house is very comfortable. We stayed for 3 months during a renovation project on our own house nearby so were already familiar with the neighborhood.

This review is a few months overdue. However, we had a great trip! Perfect house in great location, with everything you need. It was clean, roomy, & very comfortable for a group of 5. We also liked that it’s close to the gated entrance, & close to grocery stores & restaurants. Perfect for relaxing, biking, shopping, eating, & exploring. P.S. try the truffle fries at Charbar (drool).

House was spacious and nicely decorated. The deck is extra large to enjoy the outdoors all day. The location is close to many restaurants, bars, beach and golf. There were many extra amenities such as the French press coffee maker that made our stay more enjoyable. 5 stars for sure.

We have visited HHI several times thanks to family who live in Sea Pines. This was our first VRBO vs. hotel and the PERFECT rental for our week-long stay - two couples plus one - for a specular wedding celebration and vacation. This home has everything for a comfortable stay. It's lovely and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and GREAT beds. We enjoyed the huge deck overlooking a serene wooded area, bird watching and deer spotting. You can't beat the location just inside the Sea Pines main gate. You can get to everything from the airport and other resorts to the Sea Pines attractions within about 15 minutes. Beyond the main gate there's access to every convenience (two grocery stores, two Starbucks, two drug stores, and a variety of terrific local restaurants). Last but not least, Rob and Lisa are wonderful and responsive hosts. We appreciated their pre-arrival communication, the thorough house information, and their recommendations to enjoy HHI. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next visit!

My family & I loved this property. In a nice neighborhood, in the back off of the beaten path. Was a very clean home with excellent hosts. Host were very easy to communicate with and very helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again & would recommend to other families. Loved our stay here. Doug Mc

Would easily stay at this home again. Kitchen was amazing and bedrooms/beds comfortable. The property was very private. We even saw a family of deer one day in the backyard.

This house was great. It had everything we needed. The back deck was a bonus since we love chilling out outdoors. The location is close to everything. There were so many things in the home readily available to use if we needed it. I appreciated how clean the home was along with how well kept it is as well. There are too many things to separately list, but this home is definitely listed as a favorite for me. I will be booking this home again on our next visit to Hilton Head. Thanks again to Rob and Lisa for allowing my family and friends to enjoy your home!!

The house is amazing! One level was perfect for my elderly parents and younger children. The kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture is so comfortable, and the back deck is amazing. Great location, great price!

This home was all we wanted for our stay. We had 3 teens/young adults 19-22 plus me and my husband. We had tons of space. The new owners accounted for every minute detail. From beach chairs, beach towels to printers! The owners were very helpful and responsive within the hour. It’s a great place to stay and great communication with the owners!

We come to Hilton Head frequently (whether with family or friends) and this was our absolute favorite trip here. I’ve stayed at multiple different places but we enjoyed this house for several reasons. 1. Location: For this trip we decided to rent bikes only, no car. The house is tucked away on a cul de sac with a totally private backyard. We were able to easily and quickly ride our bikes to the grocery store and some of our favorite restaurants right outside the Sea Pines gate (Reilley’s, Nectar, One Hot Mamas). We also rode our bikes to Coligny Beach and walked on the beach, then road down back through Sea Pines. The island has bike trails everywhere and we never once regretted not renting a car. In fact, we plan on renting just bikes again next time. 2. Well stocked: the house had everything we needed. It had cooking spray/oils, spices, pots/pans (didn’t use much but nice to have), multiple coffee maker options, tons of glasses/cups/dinnerware, appliances, etc. 3. Cleanliness: self explanatory… house was in great condition 4. Extras: there were yoga mats/blocks, pickleball paddles, corn hole, gas fire pit, new grill, pool passes, outdoor lounge chairs/couch/bar/table, etc. Great for a group of friends or couple! Also seemed kid friendly though we didn’t have any kids with us. Thanks Lisa and Rob, we had a great time and can’t wait to come back

Wow - Where do I begin! This property had it all. The location is unbeatable. We have stayed at a lot of properties in Sea Pines before and this one was by far the nicest home and the most convenient location. The house was very clean and everything was brand new including the comfortable mattresses. We didn't need for a thing in the kitchen because it was fully stocked with every last detail and they offered a lot of little extras as well. Every room was delightfully decorated with coastal care and our favorite spot was the spacious and peaceful back porch. It too was nicely furnished and even had a firepit. Thank you Lisa and Rob for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this property and plan to come back again for sure.

We all had such an amazing time and Rob was so responsive to everything. The home was very updated and had everything we needed and tons of extras! The location was great because it is so close to everything outside of the Sea Pines gate. We had our favorite restaurants right down the street and grabbed groceries easily at Harris Teeter:) I can’t wait to book next year for my family. Highly recommend!!

What a Sea Pines gem! Great location, easy bike ride to great restaurants. Being close to the Sea Pines gate its very quick to get to many restaurants, shops and Coligny beach by bike or car yet feels secluded, quiet and relaxing within Sea Pines, relaxing back yard with beautiful view of woods and deer! we biked to the Salty Dog which took 20 mins each way, scenic flat ride to the beach. This house has been renovated well with luxury bedding, immaculately stocked kitchen, great coffee machine, all we needed was there! We used the pool pass at the large heated pool in Harbor town. Great communication and thoughtful touches in the house. We had a great Spring break and will be back! Thanks again,
