This is a big home with lots of "extras", but it needs a little attention and maintenance. The best thing was there was lots of little extras throughout the house. Britta filter in the frige, hand sanitizer and lotion, tons of stuff to use in the kitchen (coffee, spices, sharp knifes, dishes, etc), garage (bbq, extension cords, fire wood, entertaining toys), laundry room and linen closet with plenty of extras. The cloth cover to the pergola was torn and loose, it could simple be removed. There is a large piece of landscaping drainage pipe lose behind the house. The bbq was stored in the attached garage, which rolling it out to the driveway was fine, but just wasn't sure if it could be used in the garage when the weather picked up and the temps dropped. The basement was half empty, although the TV and couches were nice. I also think adding a couple of bunk beds, to replace one of the queens would be nice to increase beds as the twin bed on the main floor was almost useless for an adult. The coffee maker was a bit finicky, but we got it to work and appreciated the K-cups very much. We really enjoyed the fire pit, we cooked over a wood fire a couple of times and when the sun was out it was a very pleasant space. We will likely return again and I would recommend this home.
