Very Clean, in front of the beach, close to the pools, close to the walking trails. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Had a great time, except my partner fractured his hip so missed the wedding. My daughter will come back with her partner. The tours were great and the scenery beautiful.

Enjoyed our stay with some exception
We enjoyed our stay at Frangipani on Hamilton Island. The location was excellent, only a short ~15 minutes buggy ride from the airport. Chiu met us at the airport and escorted us back there when we left; he was very friendly, responsive and customer-oriented. Although we were told that the unit was wheelchair-friendly, there was a small step that needed to be negotiated to get into the unit. Lorri was helpful in arranging a short-term solution to the issue which we appreciated. We did find the outdoor furniture a little dirty when we arrived which we cleaned ourselves and even though we left a voicemail with a concern about an odour in the living room (perhaps due to an old aircon filter?), no one responded to address our concern. This was a disappointment. In addition, the basic supplies in the unit were surprisingly insufficient for a 5-night stay (e.g. no tissues, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom). Overall, we enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions.

As soon as we walked in the property the cleanliness blew us away it was so clean and comfortable and felt like home. Being Christmas they set up a Christmas tree and poppers for us the little things made us happy. It was amazing. The buggy had Christmas tinsel all over it for us which was very kool it was clean and fully charged and ready to go. Amazing stay. Thank u.

Amazing Gem
The apartment is a 2 min walking distance to the Cateye Beach, 8 min to the centre and 1 min to the start of the walking tracks. Your buggy will be waiting for you at the airport and it’s available at the start of your holiday. So forget about waiting to hire one and waisting a day to hire and return. The place was clean and has everything you need to make an your holiday unforgettable.

5 out of 5 for this Condo
The rental worked great for us! A huge plus it included a cart which currently go for $89/day and are hard to come by. End unit on the furthest east building. Very quite. Saw birds and kangaroos each day and night. Nice view of the bay from this unit. Washer and dryer included. Unit has been updated. Good AC and ceiling fans. One modern app based TV in living room. Bedroom flat screen is cable only. Sufficient kitchen supplies we cooked dinner twice. Pick up and drop off from the airport was great and included. Hamo Rent’s service was great, answered all questions promptly. Five stars for us. If I had to recommend updates the only thing that comes to mind is a proper gas propane bbq, the current bbq is an electric unit and while it works just fine does’t provide that great charred flavor. 5/5 would rent again! Thank you for the service.

Perfection in paradise
Location is stunning and so convenient for kids who could run straight down to the beach and pool, as well as a short walk/ buggy ride to the main resort. Management bent over backwards to assist and make our stay easy and relaxing. None of us wanted to leave! We will definitely be back!
