The Space:

Drop into the private hot tub on a deck looking out over your own vineyard view — two separate buildings give the property room to spread out. You've got the whole estate, dogs welcome, with a clawfoot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining, and an enclosed yard. Punch in the keypad code at the door; ample parking waits inside the gate.



The Neighborhood:

The property sits in the heart of Alexander Valley, one of Sonoma County's premier Cabernet Sauvignon regions. Banshee Wines (0.4 mi) is just down the road for an easy visit. Within a mile or two you'll find Stonestreet Winery (1.2 mi) and Robert Young Estate Winery (1.2 mi) — both acclaimed producers with beautiful grounds. Medlock Ames Historic Healdsburg Tasting Room (0.9 mi) and Hawkes Wine (0.9 mi) are also nearby. Jimtown and Then Sum (0.9 mi) is a local favorite for a casual bite or morning coffee. Francis Ford Coppola Winery (3.1 mi) offers dining, wine tasting, and a pool in a grand setting. For hiking, Healdsburg Ridge Open Space Preserve (2.9 mi) has serene trails with wildlife viewing. For tasting days, plan a designated driver or book a rideshare ahead — it makes the whole day easier.

This is a working vineyard — depending on the season you may see vineyard workers tending the vines, which is part of the authentic Alexander Valley experience. The primary renter must be 21 or older. One dog is welcome (25 lb max). Your stay includes a complimentary wine tasting at the adjacent barn tasting room — details are provided at check-in. Summer highs can exceed 90°F in Alexander Valley, but the home has central air conditioning. Guests are asked to be mindful of the vineyard and gardens — please stay on paths and patios.
