Totally lived up to its name !

The peaceful and serene view of the sonrises were just what we needed to disconnect. The amenities were very comfortable and spot on. Five star accommodations in the beautiful woods seems inadequate. It is definitely on our return list. Jeff and Teresa were amazing hosts.

Book this place!

This rental is the basement of the owner’s home and it is even nicer than the pictures shown. They have done a great job of remodeling and it is one of the nicest VRBOs that I have stayed in. The view is absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend this place!

Beautiful place to stay

This house is so beautiful and the view is amazing. The walk to the lake is very steep-we drove but our car almost got stuck so I would stick with walking. The lake is amazing and the perfect temperature. The hosts paid attention to so many details which really made us feel cared for and at home. My kids are already asking to come back!!

A Perfect Place To Get Away

This lovely get away far exceeded our expectations. Everything about it made for a wonderful stay on beautiful Beaver Lake. The rental was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and manager checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We so very much loved this place that we hope to be able to go back some day.

Location was easy to access, with GORGEOUS views of water and sunset! Plenty of room for Us and 4 of our teenagers! Gentle reminders of Gods grace throughout, and the owners put their hearts into making us feel welcomed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Stress free getaway

The accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed during our stay (3 nights). The sunrise was beyond words as was the hospitality of the owners. The only unexpected thing was the walk to the water. Less than 1/4 mile but has some steep, rocky areas. The walk was well worth it every time though. We would definitely book this property again.

AMAZING 🙌🏻

The most beautiful sunrises we have ever seen. The place was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and Jeff & Teresa left out no detail. We quickly became friends with them….we share a love for The Lord so that was very special! The dogwoods and redbuds were in full bloom and beautiful. It was an amazing time away and everything was just right! We hope to come again…maybe a fall trip next time. We highly recommend staying here. You won’t be sorry! Louis & Carrie

Absolutely outstanding

Without a doubt, this is one of the nicest, cleanest and well stocked VRBO's we've stayed at. It is clear that the owners have put significant thought into providing absolutely everything you could need and into providing a wonderfully restful atmosphere. We made many meals in the kitchen, which had everything you could possibly need. Our kids enjoyed walking down to the dock (steep but very doable for most) to fish and enjoy the scenery. Would be great for swimming in warmer months. Beds were so comfortable and it was great to have the kids in a separate area. This is a great spot for those looking for total privacy and an off-the-beaten path spot in Northwest Arkansas.

Beautiful Sunrise View

Loved the view. Everything was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The convection oven/microwave worked like a charm. Owner manual was available. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Large bathroom/shower. Easy access to the dock but steep in a couple of places. You can drive down close to the dock with an ATV. I would check with owner about your vehicle before trying to drive. Dock for swimming and launching a kayak / paddle board was nice. I would stay here again and bring my inflatable paddle board. Keep in mind you are in a basement apartment. Owners were there during my stay but I only heard a few footsteps at times. No talking or TV could be heard. Great patio with table and chairs and a large swing. Also fire pit with chairs (but burn ban during my stay). Good communication with owner. And again, the view was outstanding. I can't say enough about the view.

Amazing stay

The property was better than listed. They put a lot of work into cutting down trees that obscured some of the view of the lake, so it's much better than the pictures show. It was so peaceful and quiet. You can tell they care about their guests.

This was an amazing place to stay and just enjoy peace and quiet to get away from the fast paced life we all live today. The view is wonderful especially when the moon shines. My 2 teenage boys enjoyed it as well, they didn't even makea fuss.

Incredible lake views

I picked this particular property due to the proximity to the lake. It is also a relatively new VRBO. I was a bit worried about no range/oven but the owners have provided everything in the kitchen you need to make a four course meal. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed swimming off the swim dock. Very close to Eureka Springs. We will be back!

A little slice of heaven

Beautiful view! Loved reconnecting to nature .Absolutely Stunning sunsets across the lake.Our host Jeff and Teresa have anticipated our every need! Bring your groceries and stay awhile.We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds, we even saw a bald eagle! Comfy beds, kitchen has everything you need to create a meal. My sister and I visited the town of bentonville, 25 miles away, quaint town. Also the town of Rogers. Eureka Springs is about 40 minutes away. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

LONG WEEKEND

The property is gorgeous and the apartment is spotless and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some. The property is a distance from town, especially if going in to Bentonville/Bella Vista area, but a nice retreat from the hustle of the city.
