This was a great stay. Exceptionally clean, description is accurate. Kid things to do. Golf Cart available if requested in time. Great location to beach via car/cart or walk. House had the necessary supplies for a long weekend stay such as coffee, pots/pans glass wear, plates, bowls, trash bags, paper towels and tissue. Beach and bath towels were available. You may want to bring extra bath towels if you have a large family. The description in the ad is spot on.

The house is clean and easy to relax in. Two great patios to see the sunrise and get morning sun. Spacious fenced in yard for dogs with a nice place to hang out under the house. Very short walk to the beach. Quiet street.

We rented this home for a family wedding, and it was perfect for our family of 7. The home is clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. They have a great outside, entertaining area that I just wish we had more to enjoy. We would definitely rent this home again.

We spent such a great time at the beach house, house is very well maintained and in perfect conditions. Rooms and beds are comfortable, spacious and super clean bathroom. Kitchen is very well equipped with many utensils, coffee machine, oven, microwave and there is a BBQ grill at the patio. Walking distance to the beach, which is very convenient. We had small incident with power outage, affecting some areas of the house, but it came back to normal after couple of hours. Electrician was sent to check and ensure everything was OK. We enjoyed our stay at Surfside paradise #1, we totally recommend and we will definitively come back soon.

Enjoyed our stay! Everything was as seen in pictures. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating for our large family both inside and out. Extremely pet friendly which was a plus for us. Easiest check out process of all the places we have stayed.

This is a beautiful home that met all family member expectations. I will definitely be back. Please not you do get an ocean peek and the full sound of the ocean. Checking in was seamless and my family and I had no problems.

Went for an extended weekend with the family and the house was overall good. It is well described and truly a short walk to the beach. Had some issues with cleanliness but the owners were very responsive in addressing the issue and provided a quick and hospitable solution which we are thankful for. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from the property owners again in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was very clean, cozy and close to the beach. The golf cart rental onsite is a tremendous deal. I highly recommend including it with your stay. It may going to/from beach an easy ride. The entire house is nicely situated where you can see the beach. There are huge chairs on the balconies to catch the breeze at night. The 3rd floor balcony was my favorite spot! The only issue we had, which is no fault of the property owner, was the "black tar" along the beach. This stuff will stick to EVERYTHING and is very tough to get off. Thankfully the house had packets of oil to remove the tar from our shoes, feet and anything that came into contact with it. Overall, we were pleased with the house. We did get the golf cart stuck in the sand once. Called property owner and Kenny came right away to save our day. Many thanks for allowing us to rent this lovely beach rental.

Great house with plenty of space for our 2 families. Beds were very comfortable and downstairs outdoor shower was nice for use coming from beach. Water pressure for indoor showers was low and initial cleaning concerns were immediately resolved. Owners were very responsive and took care of any issues.

This was the first time we brought our kids with us ( ages 14-25) . We ALL enjoyed our stay at the Surfside Paradise #1. It was a perfect fit for our family . The golf cart was a HIT! We will be back!

This was our first family trip with all three families. Location was good, but listing described 3 full baths and there are only 2 with an outdoor shower, making it inconvenient as my dad just recovered from prostate cancer and needed frequent access to restroom facilities. We made it work. We have been to Surfside many times, but will not be using this house again. Please make sure your listing is accurate and not misleading. We felt the owner blew us off as a casual inconvenience when we booked.

My family and I rented this beach accessible clean stilt home. It had all of the amenities and comforts of home. The place was as described and did not disappoint. We recommend the property to the next family that wants to stay in a home away from home place.
