la atencion muy buena, la limpieza tambien, solo como todo hotel requiere un poco de mantenimiento en la piscina y otras areas, pero nada que no se pueda superar.

Em dois dias de hospedagem modificamos de quarto por 4 vezes. Os motivos foram os mais diversos. O primeiro quarto não tinha condições de uso. Fizemos a mudança para outro quarto cujo colchão era maior do que a cama, o que causou desconforto. O chuveiro quase não sai água e o banheiro bastante sujo, com insetos. Solicitamos mudança de quarto, contudo este apresentou falta de água e curto circuito, o que nos obrigou a nova mudança acrescida de transtorno e insatisfação. Este hotel tem ótimo espaço físco, porém a total falta gestão leva a péssima qualidade dos serviços prestados.

Bad experience.
Only one person spoke English and he worked the very late shift some nights. Room was dark (one light bulb on one wall. Not very clean bathroom. Noisy. Breakfast was coffee, eggs, and lots and lots of breads serving a mob of people. Not a pleasant experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor, os lençóis, teve problemas na caldeira e tomamos banho de água morna. Mas o atendimento é excelente, o café da manhã também. Uma coisa compensou a outra.

We killed over 10 spiders in our room. Too noisy.
The room we had at first was full of spiders. The beds are not confortable. There was a school group of people who made noise all night long for one night so we couldn't sleep. The food at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were great. The people in the reception and restaurant were great.

Good option and great service
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's near the airport and the Iguazu Falls. The breakfast was good and the service from the employees was great, specially the ones at the front desk. Every question or situation I had was answered and resolved. The room was a little old, but no problem, it was comfortable and I felt secure there. It had TV, air conditioner, refrigerator and hot water.

muito abaixo do esperado!
As condições do quarto não eram boa, tinha vazamento no teto no banheiro, não tinha a cortina de blackout e quando questionei na recepção fui informado que esta modalidade de quarto não tinha mesmo. A cama de casal era uma emenda de duas camas de solteiro e se afastavam durante a noite, ou sejam não tinha boa fixação, falamos na recepção e não tivemos retorno. O telefone do quarto não funcionava, falei duas vezes com a recepção e nada. O Cartão magnético da porta do quarto perdia a configuração a todo momento, e toda vez tinha de voltar na recepção para arrumar. O café da manhã foi péssimo, os pães estavam sempre duro, suco era de pó e não tinha opções, pois os bolos disponíveis também eram secos e sem sabor. Infelizmente, foi a parte triste do passeio.

Hotel was close to airport and Iguazu Falls but not much else. The local bus stops in front so getting to town is pretty easy. The hotel offers a buffet dinner for around $10 which is totally worth it. Dinner was delicious and different both nights we ate there. Hotel amenities don't really exist but then again we had no interest in the pool being that we were there to see the falls. Hotel is clean but rooms are pretty sparse and the tv offers maybe 4-5 channels. Staff was nice although not very informed about things to do in the area. The downtown closes early (6pm) so you're pretty much stuck at the hotel for the night unless you attend a show in town.

Não gostei do hotel , reservei casal e tinha 4 camas de solteiro , sendo que tive que juntar 2 camas, precisei de um secador e o atendente falou que poderia ficar com o mesmo 1 hora, como não ia usar quando solicitei resolvi ir buscar quando minha esposa tivesse terminado o banho , acontece que o secador tinha sido emprestado a outro hospede e nos 3 dias que fiquei no hotel ele não estava na recepção , hotel cobra para que seja usado internet, o que é um absurdo sendo que em qualquer estabelecimento comum se tem wi-fi , a água do chuveiro não esquenta direito e a porta do banheiro não fechava...de bom recomendo o café que é agradável e tem um garçom que não perguntei o nome que atende super bem.

Barulhento, instalações velhas e desconfortáveis
Fiquei hospedada por três dias, com meu filho e meu esposo. Fomos instalados no quarto n102, que fica praticamente na portaria do hotel e na frente do restaurante. O barulho era constante. Em duas noites tive que ligar para a recepção e pedir que os funcionários falassem em tom mais baixo. Sim! Além das excursões que chegavam, os funcionários faziam algazarra, um desrespeito! No quarto, as instalações eram velhas! O banheiro era nojento e precário! Pedi um secador de cabelos, me emprestaram uma geringonça toda remendada e incompatível com as tomadas do quarto. O café da manha era razoável. Não recomendo! Detestei!

Piscina coberta= ok porem não estava muito aquecida conforme esperado e pouca luz no local, quarto dependências=precisa revitalizar principalmente televisão, banheiro = ok aquecimento funciona perfeitamente, Atendimento funcionários=100%, preço diária=compatível com o serviço de hospedagem oferecido, café da manhã e restaurante=ótimo, estacionamento=precisa revitalizar com chuva há alagamentos em alguns locais e a localização (endereço)= ótima.

Die Zimmer bzw. das Zimmer mit einem Bett und einem Tisch (leider ohne Stuhl) und einem (alten) Kühlschrank war für allein Reisende bei dem Preis absolut okay und ausreichend. Besonders wichtig war, dass die Klimaanlage ohne Probleme das Zimmer runtergekühlt hatte. Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren sehr gut und die Auswahl war groß. Leider sprechen die Angestellten nur Portugiesisch oder Spanisch und Englisch wird gar nicht verstanden. Generell liegt das Hotel günstig zwischen den Wasserfällen und der Stadt Foz do Iguacu. eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Eingang in Blickweite macht teure Taxifahrten unnötig. Wer keinen so großen Wert auf ein luxuriöses Ambiente legt und günstig eine Unterkunft sucht, sollte dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall in Betracht ziehen. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall einen Verteilerstecker mitbringen, wenn man mehr wie eine Steckdose braucht...;-)

Conveniently close to the falls
The room was nice and clean. The location is a bus ride out of town but conveniently close to the falls. There is a large outdoor pool. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. None of the staff spoke English but tried to assist us. The large grounds lack any up keep which is a shame. If you haven't eaten in days the a la carte option will interest you. It was a bizarre experience where a lot of food we didn't order kept coming to the table. At check out it was priced at R$20 each! Don't stay more than a night or two. Go to the Brazilian side of the falls and the bird park and leave. Not much to do in a close enough vicinity and the nearby town is small with little to offer

the hotel is tired and dated and is need of an upgrade. It was on a direct bus route to and from the airport and Iguassu Falls. It was also possible to visit the Argentinian side of the border very easily.The price was its saving grace.

I visited this hotel with my parents. When we arrived and opened the door, the room was not cleaned. It was 4pm. Room condition was not great, paint was coming off from the walls. There was no free electric outlet in the room. 1 was occupied by fridge and another one up high on the wall, was occupied by tv. So if you want to use laptop or charge your phone, then you need to turn off the fridge. Breakast was ok. Dinner buffet was actually very nice. few personnel spoke but english... so thats a plus. I would not recommend this hotel unless you dont have much choise

Quando cheguei no hotel, que fica fora da cidade, não tinha vaga para guardar o carro. No quarto não tinha papel no banheiro e a reserva foi feita para quatro pessoas e só tinha 02 toalhas. As camas estavam em fila e o "ar condicionado" estava localizado abaixo da primeira cama, para dormir tinha que colocar travesseiro na saída do "ar condicionado" pois ficaria difícil dormir. Os funcionários se mostraram prontos quando solicitados, mas deveria rever a classificação das "estrelas" para não se enganar quando chegar ao local.

Half way between town and the falls on the Brazillian side. Catch bus into town or the falls, very cheap. Best thing about this hotel, it had a pool. Great after exploring the falls and other tourist attractions.

Ideal for an overnight stay
The hotel is not too far from the airport or downtown. The local bus stops right outside the hotel , so its easy to get to downtown as well as to Iguassu Falls.

Existem dezenas de outros hoteis nas imediacoes com preco pouco maior porem a economia que fizemos neste hotel nao compensou... O hotel 'e velho, mal cuidado, os funcionarios so fazem o basico , o cafe da manha nao apresenta nada com qualidade...enfim jamais regressarei a este hotel e tambem nao recomedo a ninguem.

Royal Iguassu Hotel - run down
The hotel is run down and poorly maintained. From the forecourt, parking area and lobby through to the rooms there is ample evidence of lack of upkeep. Our room had dangerously broken live mains power-points. The toilet plumbing leaked over the bathroom floor continuously. The windows did not close properly and the window locks were broken and non-functional. There were no effective privacy blinds or curtains. The wardrobe doors and drawers were de-laminating, mostly non-functional and presented a splinter hazard. The beds were ok and the linen was clean. Our room overlooked a coach parking area where the buses were left idling from 0530hours until they left around 0700 hours. There was no useable wifi. The breakfast was acceptable, but on the lower end of what you would encounter in a Brazilian tourist hotel. It appears to be aimed at coach parties. This hotel is expensive for the standard of accommodation. NOT recommended.

Hidden Gem near the Falls -- Foz do Iguassu, Brazil
While traveling in South America on a fairly tight budget, we took a risk and booked The Royal Iguassu Hotel very last-minute due to a change of plans. There was no review of the hotel on Expedia and we would not typically book a hotel in South America without some supporting information. So, we were a bit anxious prior to our arrival. From the curb the hotel is not too appealing and the inside could use some updates but we just needed a clean, safe place to sleep for one night so who cares if the decor is a bit tired as long as the place is clean? And it was very clean. They must mop the floors several times per day in the lobby and hallways. (see our description of our hotel room). Our package included a breakfast buffet. It was a typcial S.A. breakfast buffet- nice selection of regional fare. Not elaborate but arranged nicely and everything very clean. The staff was very attentive, bringing more food to the buffet several times during our meal. Help was available with transportation to the Falls. There were several options but since we are budget conscious we chose to utilize the local bus service. The man at the hotel gave specific directions about how to use the bus and it worked perfectly -- and saved us quite a bit on cab fare. At checkout we were again made to feel so welcome at the hotel. We want to particularly mention Kessley and Jacks -- two young people with very pleasant attitudes and willingness to help us work across language and culture.
