Personal poco amable . Poco complaciente , poco educado en cooperar con los clientes .. no explican los detalles de la propiedad , no explican las actividades , solo te dan un un documento en el cual tu escaneas y ve las ofertas . En generarl si hay españoles o personas q no hablen el idioma nadie los ayudará porque no hay nadie q domine el español . Con una comunidad tan grande en este idioma en miami . Pero será opcional de cada cual ir o no .

Todo excelente, lo único que faltó decirme es que el desayuno incluido para 4 personas tenía un tope de 50 dólares, y como la cuenta salió poco más de 100, tuve que pagar poco más de 50 dólares... fuera de eso todo 10 puntos

Es un buen hotel de los hilton, pero ay muchas cosas que cambiar como por ejemplo los pocos elevadores que ay están lejos uno de el otro y pase mucho trabajo para subir y bajar las maletas. el precio es muy elevado a pesar de las hermosas playas y lo bonito del hotel lo encuentro muy caro

El hotel es muy lindo. La comida es buena, especialmente en Dry Rocks. El personal del hotel es amable pero hay que pedir las cosas, es decir, no asumas que van a venir a ofrecerte todo (eso no es bueno ni malo, simplemente así es). Las habitaciones son lindas y la vista es inigualable no tienen espacio para guardar ropa doblada y entregan ganchos si los pides. El baño tampoco tiene sitio para poner tus cosas ... tienes que arreglártelas ☺️. Nos costó trabajo encontrar el punto del agua caliente ... las llaves giran y giran sin parar así que no es fácil acomodar la temperatura del agua. Todo eso son detalles menores que ojalá el hotel llegue a considerar 👍. La playa es lo mejor !!! Muchas opciones de juegos para niños y la familia. Kayaks, paddle boards, bicicletas de agua, cañas de pescar, ... muy muy divertido. Sin movernos de la playa vimos 4 delfines nadando muy cerca, pequeños tiburones, peces espada y muchos más. El atardecer es de infarto ... y para verlo, te ofrecen aperol spritz y champaña sin costo adicional. Vale la pena ir y seguro volveremos !!! Unas felicitaciones al Baker’s Cay Resort y en especial a su gente. Bravo, Bravo !!!

check-in was not great. we arrived at 1pm, check-in is at 4. our room was not ready - no problem. they advised they'd text us. at 3:45 we asked again and the woman working the counter treated us poorly. We checked again at 4:45 because we still never received a text. We were advised the room was ready and had been at 4.

My family and I have been coming to Bakers cay for the last 4 years on several of occasions from birthdays to baby moons. This last time it may be the last visit we make until they update / deep clean their rooms. The activities for kids and resort grounds are so nice it’s so disappointing that there’s not the appropriate upkeep to the property. The rooms in particular, for the price, have many issues that were present in our last stay and have worsened such as: the AC units do not cool , the flooring is all scratched up (they are dog friendly which is fine but make sure you deep clean those rooms) mold in the shower crevices, dirty stained couch in room, cracked ceiling , peeling paint on furniture, far from perfect hotel bedding, just disappointing for such a beautiful property.

The property has beautiful views if you are on a high floor . Beautiful sunsets. Limited seating at pools and very small beach area that is overcrowded and has water activities in the same small area for swimming in the gulf. Price gouging for and drinks are ridiculous. Resort adds a tax for each drink/food item then adds an automatic service charge (gratuity) to each item then adds a tax on that service charge without telling you ahead of time that there is a gratuity (service charge) included. Room furniture was dated, old and stained. The housekeeping services weren’t good. The Calusa restaurant had small overpriced portions for mediocre food. The restaurant was understaffed and overwhelmed. Very disappointing stay, especially because social media makes it seem like a must see resort.

Beautiful property. Comfy bed. I just wish hotel staff would put families with kids or dogs in different location of property so we don’t have to listen to them bark and kids cry, scream and yell. A maid came in while we were out despite our “do not disturb” sign on door. She cleaned and threw away a folder we had with very important documents and trip itinerary. Would not stay again based upon high rate and noise.

They charged us on Expedia then again at the resort. It is 2 months later and still they contest the double charges even though they are in their own records and on my credit card.

Our room is on the “hammock” side. The rooms look to be renovated, but the walls are so thin I can distinguish conversations from both walls, the outside and the ceiling. The door lock didn’t work and had to be fixed. The inside door barrier lock was also broken which they were unable to fix. The doors open to the outside and when I mentioned a safety concern the reply was “As for any concerns in regards to your safety I can assure you that both you and your belongings is under no threat here at our resort”. -Chad My husband (who works in law enforcement)was not reassured. They never offered to change our room.
