The place was exactly as described and a great location - just 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and right next to Jerry’s bar and grill. Easy parking and comfortable spaces. Not much outdoor space but we did sit on the porch and soak in some sun when it was around. And it’s easy access to the beach.

Amazing place for those with dogs. Dog beds, towels, blankets and dishes available in home. Clean, well organized home. Next door to local bar, but wasn't loud at all.

Very welcoming, The rainy weather a bit of a deterrent. Would definitely recommend a getaway weekend. Jerry’s bar and restaurant had good food too! 😃

It was a wonderful place to call home base for a couple days and will probably stay again since I am in Florence frequently. I do recommend using Fleabusters to treat the floors and furniture for fleas. My dogs started scratching the day after we got there. That is the only reason it got 4 stars. It is peaceful, quiet at night and you can hear the ocean!!

The house was good but there were not enough supplies in the kitchen - paper towels, disinfecting spray, also toilet paper ran out and no laundry detergent. Thank you for letting us stay. Overall we enjoyed it!

Shower head was not operational like it should have been. Toilet is very lose and wobbly. The big white towels smell like a wet dog. Otherwise the rest of the house was great. You might want to put that the driveway is very difficult if you plan on pulling a trailer and vehicle into, with the sharp turn into the driveway.

The only downfall to this property is there was only one bathroom for 6 people but I knew that when I booked so it's my own fault. It was a very nice, comfortable stay.

I knew at booking we’d be staying in a dog friendly space. I specifically wanted a home with a yard for my dogs. I knew there would be dog hair. But there were stains on the walls and food chunks on the walls and food in the drawers of the bedroom with the bunk bed. The toilet moves and the floor beneath it is unstable. The towels were still wet and damp and the dog beds and couches were filthy. It also has a cigarette smell to the place. The backyard was covered with nasty dog poop. Dog diarrhea, worms and mucus poop. After picking it all up15+ piles I realized I should have rented a nicer place where I’d be walking my dogs anyways. I am not only blaming the rental company but every single lazy irresponsible pet owner. Shame on you all for not cleaning up after your dogs. Its a biohazard and spreads disease and pet owners like this will be ruining it for all of us who are responsible. If you can’t be bothered to clean up your dog poop then stop bringing your dog and better yet just stop being a pet owner. You suck.

House is very comfortable. The walk to the beach through tunnels of low trees the on to the dunes and a miles long, empty beach is entrancing. Florence is always fun to visit. Enjoyed the stay!

This was our 3rd time staying at this location! Love walking distance to the ocean, and having Jerry’s next door! Cute, clean location! Was very disappointed that I requested early check in 3 months earlier 1.5 hours early) could not get it!

The beach house has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Florence. Close to the beach, but out of the wind. Clean and well stocked home, including a full size washer and dryer. Plus a covered porch for watching sunsets or just listening to the ocean waves. Cannot wait to come back, again!
