Cozy, Lovely Cabin

This cabin was just as described in the listing. It was secluded, cozy, and well-equipped. Our family enjoyed every minute. The owner welcomed us with a message in the app and phone call on the home line ensuring we located the cabin okay, was quick to respond when we requested info regarding the hot tub (temperature is controlled remotely by home owner), and ensured all of our needs were met.We thoroughly enjoyed walking down to the creek, spending time by the campfire, lounging in the hot tub after a day of hiking, cooking out on the grill and eating on the porch, and playing board games.

Wonderful weekend!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, secluded, and quiet… it was wonderful to sit in the rocking chairs on the back porch and relax!! Everything functioned as advertised, and we will definitely be back in the future.

Fully stocked home that isn’t far from attractions but also feels like it’s in the middle of no where! Came in at dark after driving a while and I felt like I was taking my Acura off road. The road wasn’t too rough but it is tight with the bushes and limbs growing. Unfortunately a storm came through and shut off power which left us with no water, WiFi or call service. We decided to pack up and head home early. Host was very responsive. If you’re looking to get away from the city this is your place.

Weekend Get-Away

I surprised my fiance with a stay here over Valentine’s Day weekend. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the decision. From the sound of the trout stream to the hot tub we were relaxed from the beginning. So much to enjoy or kick back and enjoy the fire. This won’t be the last visit for sure!

Great place to stay!

We love this cabin! It is clean, comfortable, and well-apointed. My wife and I spend a long weekend here every January. It is quiet and off the beaten path, which is exactly what we're looking for. The seclusion is wonderful. The hot tub is a wonderful bonus for a nice, relaxing soak. And, the owners are easy to work with and quite responsive. Highly recommended! 7 out of 5 stars!

Thanksgiving ‘24

This was a lovely cabin to stay at for our very first Thanksgiving away from home. We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys. It was spacious and had plenty of board games for family fun after returning to cabin from exploring Downtown Blue Ridge and McCaysville. It was a perfect Thanksgiving and just what we were looking for! We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome cabin in the woods!

Beautiful cabin with plenty of room ands lots of resources if you possibly forgot something. Great porch with Hot tub and gas grill. Beautiful stream nearby and firepit for making s'mores. Large fireplace with plenty of firewood. TVs and great directTV, internet, and DVD players with a large selection of movies. Definitely recommend to all (except maybe elderly people. There are stairs to the front entrance and backdoor entrance that would be difficult to traverse). Just being honest.

Fantastic Step Away

Convenient and easy to find out of the way location. Well lit roomy and exceptionally clean updated log cabin nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, GA. Secluded property adjacent to small stream is nicely decorated with ample space and all of the supples and furnishings that makes this property feel like home: A sack full of perishables and a backpack of personal belongings is all that is necessary to relax and enjoy this place and its surroundings for several days. Great comms with the host and excellent value for all the property had to offer. Will stay here again when the opportunity presents itself!

Paradise in the woods

We loved our 3 days of blissful relaxation at this lovely property. We soaked in the hot tub, enjoyed long walks through the woods, cooked fabulous meals in the well stocked kitchen, and relaxed by the fireplace in the evening. Peaceful Getaway

Getting away from the city was wonderful. We needed some peace and respite and this property provided it. We were happy reading books by the creek, relaxing in the hot tub, and taking walks. We cooked great food in the kitchen that is better equipped than my own and on the grill. Wonderful hiking is a short drive away. Owners were wonderful and contacted us to make sure we “weathered the storm” which did knock out power for a time. Will return for some peace…”Far from the Madding Crowd”.

Cabin was everything that was listed! Very secluded area. You had all the amenities that you would need, Just like you were at home. 4G network is not available at all. local Wi-Fi is provided dsl. Best communication we found was through FB messenger. Or the cabin does have a phone. phone in case of emergency

A great escape!

Our family spent a few days at this lovely home. We had a great time! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is definitely tucked away back on its own and we managed just fine with our little front wheel drive although I don’t know if it would do well in bad weather. We enjoyed the creek, fire pit and hot tub. Thank you for a memorable stay.
