Excelente estadía, muy limpio, personal muy amable. Lo único negativo es que el desayuno está limitado ya que es “grab and go” debido a la situación del COVID 19. Todo lo demás, excelente

El hotel bien limpio pero el staff poco amable y permiten mucho ruido de antro de las instalaciones y no hay control del uso de la piscina ya q había mucha gente y hasta fumando Hierva delante de niños en la madrugada muchos gritos y personas haciendo fiestas sin importar el suelo de los demás huésped

The fire alarm randomly went off at midnight and I had to go to front desk and wait 20 minutes before I got another room to transfer my family over.

Clean but uncomfortable
The girl that checked us in was very, very pleasant. The room was very clean. The bed, however, is awful. The water pressure is awful. went to breakfast while we were checking out that clerk was rude. There was no food on the breakfast bar. The waffle dispenser was broken and the staff was very rude.

Segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel. A primeira vez foi em Jan/20. O hotel piorou desde então. Das 3 noites que ficamos, dois dias não houve limpeza ou organização do quarto. Chuveiro fraco. Café da manhã bem fraco.

Deposit not showing up in my account yet
The stay there was ok however the blinds was giving me a hard time to let up and down so I let maintenance know. Also I checked out Wednesday last week and my 100 deposit came right back on my card immediately because I use my cash app card and with that card I get deposits early when I booked the room from Wednesday to Thursday last week and I checked out Thursday. I didn’t see my deposit in my account on Friday which kind of got me upset and now here it is Monday and there’s no deposit yet on my account for the holding fee I am upset about that because I know that my bank deposits comes early so I don’t know what’s going on. I called the hotel and they told me that it should be on there within 10 days but I know for sure how my bank works kind of irritating

This is a great hotel to stay at my second time n I will try to stay there every time, I go don there to take care of my sick mother n the last thing I need is to go back to a bad hotel setting, I totally recommend n the breakfast lady she is the best

Everything was fantastic except the room smelled strongly of cat pee. I guess that is a potential problem with a pet friendly hotel.
