El servicio excelente y el personal de servicios súper amables y profesionales. La comida del restaurante exquisita. Las habitaciones confortables. Solo vi un inconveniente que en la noches de lunes a jueves no hay actividad nocturna. Por lo demás excelente lugar.

El cuarto tenía mal olor y no estaba muy limpio, tenía polvo en las lamparas. Tuvimos que esperar hasta las 4:30 for check in. El café muy bueno, la comida promedio, nada especial. Necesita remodelación.

La estadía fue bastante buena , el personal muy amable , muy buen ubicado el hotel . lo único es que el servicio de limpieza a la habitación nunca se dio . En 3 días no pasaron a dejar ni toallas limpias Ni papel , ni jabón , nada . Creo que sería lo único que no me agrado .

Me gustó porque me ayudaron mucho con un paquete que se me quedo en la habitación y fueron muy colaboradores y amables enviandome a otra ciudad mi paquete. Tambien x un pequeño error de ellos me dieron desayunos gratis y me agrado bastante. Es un hotel de lujo. Me encantó la habitación. Es la mejor que estado en todas mis estancias.

Nice hote but they rip you off, they charge you for everything and anything. They charge you for the use of the pool, really? 35 bucks per day? Also the surroundings are quiere abandoned, full of homeless people, I felt like I was in the Wil Wild West.

Excelente vacaciones
El hotel es maravilloso, muy lindo, confortable, con un excelente servicio, un personal muy amable y excelente atencion. No hay servicio de limpieza a las habitaciones aun pero si necesitaba algo solo enviaba un mensaje de texto y al momento lo traian. Sin dudas iria nuevamente.

Overall great stay. Entrance to hotel for valet could be a lil bigger-tight space there and self parking was across the street. Room didn't have a trash can in the room just in bathroom but something simple that can be fixed. But overall staff was nice, room and facility cleaned.

Staff can be very hit or miss. Some came off snotty, but helpful when asked. Others plesant from the go. Did not recieve our "VIP" gift on check in, had to ask for it on last night of stay after the reminder email from expedia. A huge black mark was check out day (today as I write this). $400/night buys me from 4pm-11pm. This morning at 9am I heard a couple quick knocks at the door as I came out of the bathroom in my tighty whities, and I just had time to duck behind the wall as housekeeping opened the door, not cool. The room was close to being perfect. Very nice, but sliding door to balcony just about required the two of us to open. It was very stiff to open and close. The sliding glass door of the shower was similarly very stiff until one of the rollers fell off causing the door to drop. I put it back together as good as I could having not packed a set of allen keys. We also noted a cigarette butt on the balcony despite the "no smoking on balcony" signage. They allow pets, not a good move IMO. There is really no where outside for them to do their business for starters. I was also attacked by a pair of yappy yorkies in the hallway one night. Self parking is very easy, but it is across the street. There is a lit Ped X walk there but its fairly easy to cross anywhere most of the time. Surrounding area was pretty rough as I write this in Apr'24 Lot of closed/empty retail outlets and hotels. Sidewalks covered in sand etc. Not a lot of effort being put into keeping itclean
