Port A pleaser

House is comfortable and allows large group to spread out and have privacy if needed since it is essentially two connected units. It is conveniently located in town and down a couple of blocks from the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck off the main living room each evening and spent hours in the pool. It is an older home but very comfortable. The pool is the real winner for this property. We would stay again.

nice stay

The house was clean. The listing online makes it look a lot roomier. There were some cosmetic things that needed to be fixed i.e. holes in the wall, hole in the blinds. Safety wise feels like stairs need railing. The separate living area was very nice and seemed to be well kept. The outside area was lacking. Pool was nice, but putt putt golf area needs some work and sitting area outside downstairs was not as nice as it appeared online. Overall nice stay and beds were firm, but comfy. House definitely needs some extra blankets for winter time.

Family quality time

Five days of laughter, great food and family quality time in a beautiful spacious well layer out house. Loved the two full-service kitchens and multiple full-baths. Beautiful pool and outdoor area. Convenient to grocery store, local restaurants and beach. Ample parking for two boats and golf carts. Great hosts, all questions were answered prior to our arrival.

Nice In-Town Property

Our extended family - kids, early 20’s, parents and grand parents - stayed for almost a week. The layout was great for providing privacy for the 3 20-year olds and the king room with the bunk beds allowed parents and younger kids to stay together. While the property sleeps a crowd there wasn’t enough space at the table for us all to eat together or to hang out in the living room and play games or watch a movie. Kids loved the pool and it was great to be within walking distance of the IGA!

Peaceful

Property is gorgeous, great decor, couches are comfy and the split living areas are great for families. Plenty of towels, paper products, pots pans, kitchenware...and a blender for homemade cocktails. SWAY mgt team was great to deal with and quick to inform us or respond to our questions. Very organized. Our only disappointment was the pool...temperature made it impossible to enjoy. 100°+ weather made it impossible for water to cool down as it sits in sun all day. Maybe a canopy qould help? We'll be back, for sure!

Relaxing Beach House Stay!

This property met and exceeded all of our comfort requests to accommodate our family of 12 plus two of their teenage friends. Our six grandchildren aged 8-17 thoroughly enjoyed the home and pool. The six adults were able to relax in their own space. The property had beautiful beach themed decor to enjoy. The two kitchens w/fridge were great! We did not use the apt kitchen other than the fridge and coffee maker but knowing the amenities were available was awesome. The bathrooms met all of our needs and the bedrooms were awesome. It was so easy to stay in touch with the property managers if we had any concerns but all of the information needed as far as Wi-Fi and trash pickup detail was neatly provided throughout the home in small framed units for detail. We all loved the stay and relaxing space and would definitely stay again. This year’s stay surpassed our last June visit at another property!! Thank you Makaira Azul!
