Property was convenient for our purpose. Beds were comfortable. Back deck and stairs/railing needs to be replaced. Steps and deck boards are cracked or weak. Railing is very unstable. Nails sticking up. No patio furniture to sit outside. Flooring is coming up at backdoor. One TV for two living areas and an area suitable for 6 people. Indoor stairs are VERY steep with only handrail on one side. There were no toiletries or blow dryers as listed. No hand towels for any of the bathrooms. Half bath on bottom level hangs up. Showerhead in master bath leaks and needs to be replaced. Stovetop and oven were both dirty. Oven had rusty racks. Light over stovetop didn't work. Dishwasher was inoperable. No map or instructions as to how to access the community pool. Top of microwave was sticky.
