Lovely room
Good location, room was spacious and clean. Had every thing I needed. The lack of lighting at the entry and around near my apartment was concerning, particularly when travelling alone.

Thank you for your review Jennifer. We are sorry you found our units a bit small but you did select our smallest apartment. Thankfully we are located near the beach, cafes, restaurants and shopping plaza and not near the CBD which is always difficult to find a park.

Hidden gem close to everything
This is one of the best places we have stayed in Coffs Harbour. Comfortable, modern, quiet and spacious apartment in a small block. Great facilities, fantastic location and excellent hosts who were accommodating and flexible when we needed to change our booking arrangements. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay at Coffs
Starting with great communication and wonderful host we can highly recommend a stay here. Close to beach, local bowling club and cafes and easy access to other sites and attractions around Coffs.

A very clean place to stay. Rooms and beds comfortable. Expedia stated property smoke free but once there was disappointed to see Motel policy encouraged smoking on their balconies just above the hot tub and pool. Spoilt the hot tub as smoke hung around... Would encourage more people to speak up and send a clear air message to motels.

Hi, We are pleased you found our rooms clean and comfortable. We have a very strict No Smoking Policy at our property with no smoking allowed inside any of the apartments as stated on our listing with Expedia. Smoking is permitted but not "encouraged" as you mentioned outside the apartments on the balconies. We appreciate your feedback however in the 9 years we have been here this is the first complaint about smoking we have received. Smoking is literally a dying habit and we would be lucky to see one guest out of the whole complex at any one time smoking outside so at this point we see no reason to change our No Smoking policy. We loved our two bedroom apartment. Very clean and quiet. Great pool. One block away from the beach, cafes and walking track into Coffs town.

We had a wonderful stay at Coffs Harbour Holiday Appartments. The apartment had everything we needed as well as an amazing view over the pool area. The pool area was well maintained and clean and was the prefect spot to relax well the kids played.

These apartments were amazing. They were older but very well maintained on the outside, but modern, fresh and very clean inside. A bonus was the washing machine. Would have liked a dryer in the apartment, as there was only one in the whole complex (luckily it was practically outside our unit)
