This studio villa is such a lovely, peaceful space in a beautiful neighborhood, and the exclusive hot tub is the icing on the cake! Having an enclosed oasis backyard for our 2 pups to run around and have a couple of friends over to visit, made it all feel like home away from home. Cyndi, the owner on site, is wonderfully accommodating, always available but leaving us to enjoy the space to ourselves as if nobody else was there. She’s thought of every little detail for this rental stay, down to s’mores kits for the backyard fireplace! We will definitely be back as we visit the area often.

My husband, daughter and I had to find a place to stay since our home was being tented. We were fortunate to find this beautiful place near our house. We also were very lucky to find a pet friendly place since our fur babies were also with us. I recommend this place 100 %. Even for a staycation. The host was wonderful the whole time and she takes her time to make you feel welcome. Loved it and we will definitely go back. This time just my husband and I .

We were in San Diego for a conference and decided to extend our stay to enjoy a bit more of San Diego. The host had thought of everything! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well equipped with all necessities for relaxing stay. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process, and addressing any inquiries promptly. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We couldn’t have asked for a more hospitable host and the property was great! Our son really enjoyed all the games and activities that were available at the house and the hot tub was an added bonus for sure. I would highly recommend this studio property and hopefully come back for a visit in the near future.

I enjoyed my stay and was warm and cozy on a rainy weekend. Wonderful host and beautiful property just as listed. I love the location. I come to Chula Vista every so often to attend fitness coaching courses, and this was the perfect home away from home conveniently located to all the best spots in Chula Vista. The hot tub was godsend after a very active weekend. I would definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Get away from the standard hotel and enjoy the comfort of this air B&B. Safe, quiet, private, comfortable. It is an absolute gem of a stay. The host absolutely knows how to make your stay more personalised and ticks all the boxes of making you feel welcomed. It’s not worth staying at a lousy hotel for the same price when this location is available. Have some mobility issues? Stay here. The host has taken all the steps to allow anyone to enjoy their stay. Sit outside in the beautiful garden, BBQ with all the provided necessities (including makings for s’mores!), sit in the spa!! Can’t say enough great things about this spot. You will not regret staying here. In fact you will want to come back!! We know we will be.

We decided to try something different and ended up renting the Vintage Villa! It was perfect for our family of four! Our host, Cyndi, had everything we needed and then some, including a crib for our son (which I really appreciated)! She was on the property but we felt comfortable and had plenty of privacy! She even stopped by a local bakery and had delicious treats waiting upon our arrival, along with a bottle of sparkling cider! The hot tub was also fun addition and great to relax in after a long day of walking. The neighborhood itself was absolutely beautiful and were a lot of great restaurants near by! Overall I’m extremely satisfied with our stay and I would highly recommend the Vintage Villa for your next getaway!
