The condos are lovely and room was amazing with a gorgeous view, however the garage is really hard to find and get in and out of, the parking spots are tiny as well. needs a lot of work on the door pad/locks system though, most of the codes given were not working on the doors and Vacasa was impossible to get ahold of for help. I wont be renting through them again for sure

Great Family Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The bunk beds and a pull out sofa make it perfect for our family of five. The location is excellent. We are close to town, just a few steps to the lake and there is also a shared pool/hot tub you have access to. I highly recommend stayed here! Thank you for such a great experience.

Great Place!

This is one of the best places to stay in the Chelan area in the winter. Unit is well stocked, pool is warm youll have the building pretty much all to yourself!

Elevator was broken most of the weekend. Half the cups leaked. Toaster didn't work. Dryer didn't work and unit was short on bath towels. Windows and patio door extremely difficult to open/close. They did send someone to address some of the issues about a day after first reported and they were unable to make any repairs. On top of that, was double charged for booking fees (not the nightly fee) and that still hasn't been resolved.

I had messaged the property and never got a response. The check-in process was okay but not very specific on how to get into the property. The pictures made it seem nicer than it was. There was no welcome packet with information for us for checkin/checkout procedures, I actually had to ask other guests what was required of us to not get charged. No iron like the listing said. The TV was hard to work, multiple remotes, Roku remote but no connection to tv. It was fine overall but I have stayed at much nicer places for WAY less money. I can tell they didn’t take time to really clean but did some things to make it tolerable.

Everything we were looking for

We loved this condo. The kitchen is well equipped. It was very clean. We loved the views through the floor to ceiling windows. The location was great- just a short walk through the property to the park and beach area.

Great view but..

Replace rugs and pillows they are heavily soiled. Provide more than One roll of toilet paper. Provide guests with code to elevator. We had to take stairs the whole time. No DVD player in main room, you should specify that. Great view though. Balcony sits right above hotel garbages. Unpleasant smell.

Great view!

We have stayed in several units over the years at Chelan Resort Suites. We really enjoyed this unit because of the gorgeous view uplake! The units on this side of the building can be a little loud as they back up to a hotel and their trash recycling area. Doesn't really bug me. The bunk bed in the unit could be a little sturdier. Our teenage daughter slept on the bottom bunk, but definitely only a small child could use the top bed. Would suggest that the throw pillows be updated as they were very mushy and sad looking, also the couch upholstery could use a shampoo. We could not get our access code to work to get in to the elevator on the bottom floor, couldn't figure out why. The washing machine was very loud and had to run laundry before trying to sleep. Would certainly stay here again. The complex is in a great location near Lakeside Park with a quick drive to town and the water park, etc.

Not a pleasant experience

When entering the property at checkin there were multiple issues. First off it was not clean (even though I was told I could not get early check in because it required extra time for cleaning). This was a bigger deal because of the Covid pandemic and I had my kids and fiance with me. There were dirt Mark's on multiple walls, hand Mark's on the refrigerator, the ac unit was leaking (there was a puddle of water in the ac closet) the door knob on the laundry room closet almost came fully detached from the door when pulled to open, bathroom sink nozzle on the right was raised (above where it should be)... Also noticed later when using the microwave the paneling was coming off... Also the code I was given worked for everything except the main entrance from the main floor. It was difficult to get in contact with anyone (waited more than an hour on hold while my fiance and kids went to the pool). When I finally spoke with someone, I had to talk to more than one person and the 2nd person I spoke with (the next day) was not aware what I had discussed with the first person. I have still been trying to get in contact with property management to discuss not only the cleanliness issue, but also the inconveinece and safety risk this has caused me and my family.

Good location on the water!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Covered garage parking and access to the beautiful park right on the water. The unit was not cleaned as well as I would expect from the previous guests -- leftover coffee grounds in coffee pot, smelly food in garbage disposal, not swept under furniture, hair in bathroom. I think it got a quick cleaning, but not a thorough cleaning. We never did get the TV to work and I see previous guests had the same problem. Overall, the good out-weighted the bad and I would return, but would ask that the unit be thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival - Especially during a pandemic.

Great experience!

We loved the property and it was literally in front of the park. Walk out the backdoor and there ya go, Lake Chelan! Parking was great too; Inside the building and our own parking spot. Will be coming back for sure!

Location location

Nice property steps from beautiful park, lake with small beaches and playground. There is an indoor swimming pool which we had to ourselves daily. The condo itself has everything we need. It was clean on arrival and the partial lake view was beautiful. The management company had sent details instructions for checking in so the process was easy. If we had to nitpick, the mattress on the bunk beds were lumpy. Also, if you happen to arrive on a busy weekend like we did (Memorial Day), it can get rowdy and we could hear a lot of noise from outside the condo. Once the crowd left, it was quite peaceful.
