My family and I chose this place because it offered instant booking. After booking and paying, we received confirmation but never check in instructions. I messaged the host, no answer. I called and left a voicemail…Still no response. I contacted VRBO and they were able to reach the host. She said that she would send check in information to me shortly. About 20 minutes later, I received an email from her stating that this was her first time using VRBO and they caused her to double book her home, so she would not be honoring our reservation. She then offered me 15% off of a future stay. No thank you! Thankfully VRBO made it right for us, but I recommend that travelers stay FAR, FAR away from this property lest you end up with no place to stay, a half-hearted apology, and a coupon for a future stay that may or may not happen.
