This fantastic villa is surrounded by olive groves and gardens and is ideal for an unforgettable, relaxing holiday in one of Tuscany's most beautiful landscapes: the Val di Chiana. Here you will be close to renowned cities of art and history such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Montepulciano and the Chianti area. The villa retains its original architectural style, with terracotta floors, doors and windows with stone frames and ceilings with wooden beams and bricks. The period furnishings of the interiors, enriched with vintage objects and attention to detail, contribute to creating an exclusive atmosphere.
There are two swimming pools. The indoor pool is heated and has a whirlpool corner (extra charge, 350 €/week). A sauna is available in the same room (extra charge). The outdoor pool (12 x 6 m and 1.20 - 2.00 m deep) is located in an enclosed area of the garden. Here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape or relax in the shade of the pavilion.

LODGING
An 800 m² villa on two floors can accommodate up to 18 people. All rooms are furnished in a personalised style. All are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar and Internet.
Ground floor:
Entrance hall, living room with fireplace and bar; Dining room, modern professional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, American coffee maker, oven, kettle, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster); Glass veranda with sliding doors and wonderful views while dining; Laundry room with washing machine and dryer; one bathroom with toilet and sink; one double room with private bathroom and shower.
The indoor swimming pool (3x5 m, 1.10 m deep) also has a whirlpool and a bathroom with shower.
First floor:
2 suites, each consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with fireplace and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi;
1 double bedroom with living room, fireplace and bathroom with shower;
4 double rooms with private bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
1 double bedroom in the attic with private bathroom with shower. In both the bedroom and the bathroom the ceiling goes down to a minimum of 180 cm.
Facilities: Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, stereo, hairdryer in all bathrooms, safe. Welcome basket (and light dinner on arrival).
