Fantastic vacation home

This home was beautiful including the pool and the fishing dock. Both had great shade from that intense sun. Great property owners to work with. Highly recommended for your next vacation.

We had a blast!

Michelle and Brad, thank you so much for allowing our family to stay in yalls home! We had the best time. The kids absolutely loved fishing in the canal, even though they are convinced that the fish learned the tricks and aren’t biting. On the other hand they did get to see a baby alligator swimming through the canal while they were fishing, so that was definitely exciting! Everything was so clean, well kept, Extremely well stocked, and way better than we could have ever expected. Thank you again so much and if we decide to come back to Cape Coral, we will most definitely be looking to book your home.

Perfect Location for Vacation

Brad and Michelle are amazing homeowners! They have a beautiful home in a prime location. We relaxed in the pool and the kids enjoyed watchIng the fish on the dock every night. The kayaks were a bonus for us to use as well. The owner’s manual offered suggestions for food and beach’s and we used it to decide what to do each day. We can’t wait to go back.

Relaxing family vacation

My family had a wonderful stay. The only disappointment was the drive to the beaches. We tried out several different locations but they all took over 45 mins to get to. There was so much traffic, detour, and construction.

Lovely Home

The house was as promise and stocked great. We really enjoyed the pool and the dock. The night fishing was great. The boys would stay out most night fishing.

Happy Easter

We had a great Easter week. The Pool and Lanai are great and there are nice canal views from the living area. We rented a boat and it is under 30 minutes to Matlacha Bridge. The owner was very accommodating and truly concerned about our stay. Thank you Dreamscape.

Exceeded our expectations!

This home is precisely what we had hoped for...spectacular! Up to date, clean and well stocked with essentials for arrival. From the moment we opened the door, we knew our 2 week stay was going to be grand. The lanai, pool and waterfront provided us many many hours of relaxation and fun. The owners have thought of everything to make your vacation easy peasy. Lots of information made available in their welcoming binder. We loved the neighborhood, nearby Matlacha, Sanibel and Captiva. Easy and direct routes to airport was very helpful. We will be returning every chance we get. Thank to Brad and Michelle for making your home available for us.

Wonderful home in an excellent location!

Our stay could not have been better. The home was very well equipped and in an excellent location that is central to many of the area cities, beaches and attractions. The pool and home were beautiful and the canal access was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this one.

Enjoyed everyday. Very comfortable! Owners are very attentive and co-operative.

The water way is very nice. Very quiet. Boat lift was very useful. The pool the open layout of the home. All very nice. The owners were very concerned with our comfort and concerns. I personally would change the furniture in the living room and swap it in the family room. Put a pool table in the front room. Plenty of room. Lol. We look forward to more stays. Thanks!! P..S. Really like the open bathroom and shower!

Great place to stay!

Loved the house, the owner was great at communication every throughout the stay. The only reason it got a 4 star is the 1 hour drive to the"real" beach. Love the home and all the accommodations. We will definitely be looking to stay here next year.

Absolutely heaven

We highly recommend this home. The owners opened their beautiful house to us. We felt very comfortable in it. The pool area was fantastic. Sitting on the dock with coffee in the morning was great. The only disappointment we had is that fishing is zero. The local bait shop owner did say fishing is better in cooler months. We will definitely stay again but this time rent a boat to fish. We still miss the view everyday. It was a great relaxing vacation. Ellis Family

Love this place

The only issue we had was on the site when we reserved the place, it said check out was 11 and owner said 10. The owner was wonderful and due to the confusion, he allowed us to check in early instead. The home is beautiful and very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back
