This is our 2nd time at this amazing villa! We love the location and the views! You can access the beach directly from the villa. It also comes with a 6 person golf cart which we used daily. The Hacienda is a great place to stay. The staff and amenities are top notch! We'll definitely come back!

This Villa is a super premium experiennce. It is very spacious, well equipped, and part of a fantastic resort with a great restaurant and spa. It was also spotlessly clean.Beach access is easy, the pool was nice and warm, and you can walk to the marina or Medano beach restaurants in minutes. We hope to be back soon!

Loved the villa! Everyone was super accommodating! The only thing we were disappointed about was that it said it had multiple king beds and it only had one so it was a tight squeeze in the other beds.

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! The hosts are super responsive and helpful in answering questions; the house is gorgeous, in a prime location and perfect for a large group; the staff at Hacienda Beach Club and Residences were awesome. You will never want to stay anywhere else in Cabo!

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

We've stayed at these villas before and love them. This one is on the end which has its perks (you're near everything) and disadvantages (sound at night- which typically ends around 10pm). Ultimately though this house and the amenities were awesome. It's nicer and more modern kept than the others. Everything works. The golf cart provided is 6 man and a game changer for a larger family (others only have 2 or 4 or none). New Year's Eve we had the absolute best possible view for fireworks (literally just down in front of our villa). Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

Amazing views, beautiful Villa, great restaurants and entertainment next door, what more can you ask for? I’ve stayed many places in Cabo and I enjoyed my stay here the most. We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.

From the moment I booked Villa one. First last year and then again this year, The communication with the host, Vanessa and the entire team at the Hacienda Beach club residences staff, Was top notch. We had a VIP experience. Aside from the property being spectacular and the accommodations providing us an above par environment for our stay, Vanessa, Paula , and the entire team at the Hacienda beach resort were always available to answer questions, and make arrangements For shuttles, dinner, reservations, and anything else we needed. I can’t recommend them enough. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!!🙏😊

This Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Great views and wonderful location. It is noisy with the bars located so close, but we expected that. The outdoor fireplace wasn’t working, but it was an amazing property. The resort staff were beyond helpful and responsive. The resort was so beautifully manicured and so clean. Thank you!

Another amazing stay in the Villas at Hacienda. Our Villa was immaculately decorated! We were celebrating a family birthday and it was perfect. Cannot say enough about the location. Vanessa you guys have amazing place we love everything about it the place was well stock clean and comfortable. we did have them fix couple things you had a leek on the jacuzzi by the pump and one of the outside fireplace was not working. PS: I check out your ranch ox really nice I used to hunt a lot. Thank You hope to come back soon

We have stayed at multiple villas in Mexico and other Caribbean Islands and this ranks at or near the top Easiest check in process and dealing with the owner/manager was flawless - she answered my inquires quickly and precisely The Beach Club management was very helpful and professional Very well appointed villa Comfortable and convenient to restaurants and activities Every Jan/Feb we take 10 friends to a villa and I wish this had 4 more bedrooms as we would use it in a heartbeat We will be back and if you are considering this villa you will not be disappointed
