Apr 28, 2020Go with someone who speaks Spanish if you do not yourself. Do not land at the airport late night--necessary services and shops were closed. It took hours to get a sim card, sign up to get service, and buy time on it in several places next day.

Mar 30, 2020Have been to BA many times over the last 20 years and the city is far less welcoming to westerners, especially Americans, than it was when we first came. Other parts of Argentina are far more welcoming. Come to the country, but limit your time in BA.

Mar 22, 2020I liked Buenos Aires a lot. Unfortunately, my trip was cut short by the Coronavirus outbreak. Very walkable. Great food. Lots of parks.
