El lugar y la atención son muy cuidadas, pero la ducha del baño es increíblemente pequeña e incómoda tan pequeña que uno no puede agacharse para lavarse los pies. No tiene tv en el cuarto, si esperan eso no lo tienen, las toallas parecen de carton, son duras y se cambian cada tres días. Eso resta mucho

Lugar muy acogedor con un gran anfitrión, Gilles.
Un lugar ideal para descansar aún cuando estå muy cerca del movimiento de Av. Santa Fé.

Hermoso lugar de descanso
La casona es muy linda, tranquila y muy confortable. Solo lamentamos que la habitación no estaba equipada con aire acondicionado e hizo mucho calor en esos días en Bs As. Todo lo demás super recomendable.

Nice B&B in Palermo area
Nice stay in Buenos Aires in Palermo area. The room and bathroom (including the shower) were not very big, but was fine for us. Our host offered many suggestions of places to eat in the area and is happy to help book things like activities or taxis, which is much appreciated. Breakfast was very nice as well. It can be quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights though as people go out for the evening.

Great, charming old house, several levels, gives plenty of privacy, wonderful breakfast in the morning. The Owner goes well his way to help you with anything you might need. I had a 3 o’clock in the morning taxi pick up, he woke up to make sure I got out on time.

The host, Gilles was super attentive and sweet. He prepared breakfast, every item was homemade and excellent. I enjoyed so much. Showed me all restaurants options in the area. Loved and welcomed. They have cats and kittens, that made me felt like home. I would love to stay here again if opportunity rise. Mucho gracias ❤️

Best Place in Palermo, Buenos Aires
Gille was the most incredible host for our trip to Argentina and Buenos Aires. He cooked homemade breakfasts of jams, yogurt, bread and eggs every morning. He guided us through the map of Buenos Aires and indicated bus routes, places to see and told us about the walking tours. He is generous with his time and advice, and very helpful. Our flight did not leave until 9 PM and we were able to leave our luggage at Petite Palais, and come back to use the restroom and get our ride to the airport. He also helped us book a night visit to a tango show. His recommendations for restaurants are impeccable

A very comfortable place to stay, for one thing. For another, a fresh and delicious homemade breakfast of yogurt, fresh bread, and jams and jellies, coffee, pastries, and even eggs if you like. The bed was just right for a good night's sleep and the room sparsely yet charmingly decorated. Best of all was the host, Giles, truly a friendly, helpful, and welcoming host with an infectious laugh and a love for Buenos Aires.

O Hotel foi decepcionante A hospedagem é pessoal O dono recepciona na casa dele Cômodos apertados, sem local confortável de área comum Apesar da cama ser confortável, o quarto é muito pequeno O que ficamos têm uma janela enorme para entrada, sem persiana, o que na prática você acorda com o raiar do dia e praticamente na calçada!!!!!! O banheiro também é muito pequeno O café da manhã, é bom, servido pelo dono na copa dele O que foi muito decepcionante, é que o local se apresenta como hotel, é não é !!!!! É uma hospedagem na casa de alguém Isto deveria ter ficado claro nas informações A propósito o proprietário é simpático, mas não contratei simpatia Tanto que pagamos o período contratado integral e fomos para um hotel Importante: Pagamos sem desconto algum, em dinheiro, todos os dias que não ficamos Achei a posição comercial dele muito oportunista

Le Petit Palais is a bed and breakfast and is described as one in hotels.com, we even have to give the size of the room in the description. The rooms have screen and black outs, and fully operational. I am sorry it didn’t reach your expectations, but the description and all the reviews don’t let any doubts, we are not a luxury hotel. Kind regards

Great boutique stay in Palermo
Gilles, the owner of this beautiful property, has created a great boutique stay in his home near Palermo Soho. There are only 5 rooms in total and the room we stayed in was small but very comfortable and quiet despite being on street level. A delicious homemade breakfast is provided around a communal table giving the opportunity to speak with Gilles and other guests. Gilles also has many good restaurant and bar recommendations! The property is in a nice neighbourhood and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Key tourist sites, the domestic airport and the ferry terminal are a short uber ride away. Alternatively, Gilles provides a SUBE card to use on the metro. Overall a really great stay!

Charming home with wonderful hospitality. Short taxi ride from AEP airport, easy access to local buses and subways. Nice restaurants and parks within walking distance. Rooms are small. Lock system is a bit complex. Three adorable cats. Owner explained areas of the city to avoid, recommended good places to eat, and helped us arrange a ride for our departure. He also makes a delicious breakfast. The common spaces and breakfast are great places to chat with other travelers.

A great place to stay and discover Buenos Aires.
Exceptional service and helpfulness from Gilles, the owner of Le Petit Palais. He really put himself out to make us welcome and gave us several tips to enjoy the city without wasting too much time. His B+B is charming and full of character. It's ideal for cat lovers as there are 3 very affectionate cats. The area is quiet and safe and access to city centre is easy via subway or buses. We really enjoyed our stay as did all of the guests we spoke to. Breakfast is very good. Gilles makes his own jams and yoghurts. For us le Petit Palais was an excellent introduction to Buenos Aires. Very highly recommended.

Handige locatie
Wij kunnen dit hotel iedereen aanbevelen. Kleinschalig, karaktervol, heel schoon en met een geweldige host die je alle ins en outs van de stad verteld. elke ochtend maakt hij een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook de locatie is prima. Op loopafstand van restaurants en bars en bussen.

I had a very nice stay at Le Petit Palais. It's located in a beautiful area in a charming building. My room was cozy and clean. Gilles, the host was great, he was very friendly and helpful. You can see that he cares a lot about this place and his guests. I definitely recommend this place.

A cozy and at home B&B
I loved Le Petit Palais. It started with the roasted croissant with black tea which made my first day in BA. I like the taste of the dining and room area; furniture, frames and greens. The location is good. There are several nice restaurants around the place. I rented a bicycle (500R/2 days) to go to the city; It will take 20 mins to Florida Street. I’ve got a map with several sightsee/activity recommendation thanks to LPP before I went to the city, so I could totally enjoy the entire 2 days without any prior research or a guide book. Uber is also available everywhere. Even I cannot speak Spanish at all, local people are always friendly and tried to understand what I was trying to say.

The first thing I should mention is that I don't typically like Bed and Breakfasts for several reasons: 1. Breakfast is my least favorite meal 2. I enjoy my privacy 3. I enjoy my anonymity 4. I hate kitschy homes 5. I hate other people's mess/dirt/filth So bearing all of this in mind, I have to tell you about Le Petit Palais, because it ended up being an experience that helped me overcome all of my aversions to BnB's. Le Petit Palais is the creation of Gilles, a French expat who lives in Buenos Aires in the most charming multi-story house in a quiet residential neighborhood in Palermo. The location is outstanding because it is close enough to local transport options (train, bus, taxi) and is also walkable. Gilles is a consummate host, but more than that he is a designer and he has created a 5 bedroom experience at Le Petit Palais which every guest leaves appreciating him for. Upon arriving Gilles welcomes each guest (he met me at 1am because my connecting flight was late) and explains the keys and security to the home. It is very secure!

Very cute, small place with a helpful and nice proprietor. If you like cute Bed and Breakfasts, this is great for you. If you like the comfort of a modern hotel, or air conditioning on a blazing hot day, then you may want to look elsewhere. Just know what you are getting.
