Great Stay

House was clean, spacious and well equipped. Only about one-third mile walk to Peak 8 base. And a bus comes every 15 minutes if you don't want to walk. Hosts communicated promptly when we had questions.

Great location!

We enjoyed our time with this rental, the location is great, the kitchen makes cooking and cleanup, easy, and the hot tub was great. There are two master bedrooms that have bathrooms within them, and a third that has a bathroom outside of it, which can make things a little clunky if you are there with friends Like we were. Over overall it was a great place and we will certainly stay there anytime we are coming to Breckenridge with a large group again. The owners are easy to contact and very responsive, the kind of thing you hoped for in a short term rental!!

Perfect reunion

The House was absolutely perfect for our 6 adults and 6 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Easy quick walk to take shuttle to/from slopes and Main St. Host communication was great! Will definitely recommend this house!!

Perfect Family Vacation!

There were 8 of us, 6 adults and 2 kids ages 7&10. The rooms were perfect! The kids loved the room with the loft and the bunk rooms. 3.5 bathrooms was perfect for our 3 families, everyone had their own. We realized how important that was after our last trip in park city, utah. The house was stocked!! We didn’t have to buy any toilet paper, paper towels or Kleenex. We appreciated all the labels in the kitchen and were able to cook anything we wanted/needed. The family room was so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fire, watching football in the afternoon, evening. All 8 people had a comfortable place to sit. We played chess on the game table every night. The location was key! We walked to the base of peak 8 in 10 minutes. It was an easy walk. The boot room was such a luxury! We enjoyed the beautiful backyard while soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to reply when we had a question. Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Thanksgiving in the Mtns

The property was the perfect location for a fun filled week of skiing and exploring Breckenridge for the Thanksgiving holiday. The hosts were quick to respond to every request and the house met all of my family’s needs. The hot tub was the icing on the cake after long days skiing!

So Many Amenities!

It was exactly as advertised and had everything you could possibly need and more. Owners were very responsive. House was a short walk away from the gold line, which takes you directly into town which was so convenient. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic stay

This is a hidden gem in Breck. It’s the perfect house for a group of three families to enjoy some skiing. Short walk to ski on/off; a short walk to the bus; or even a manageable walk uphill to the base of Peak 8. The house has everything you could need, and the owners are super responsive if you need them. We highly recommend this place!

3 family ski trip

This home was perfect for our group of kids, teens and adults. We had skiers ranging from beginners to expert so peak 8 was a perfect landing spot (not nearly as busy as peak 9 in our opinion) and easy to get to and from. Great communication with host. We drank coffee on the porch and watched the sunrise. Would stay here again!

Great House in a Great Location

The house is spacious and beautiful. A two minute walk to the shuttle stop and then on to the lifts and onto great skiing. We would definitely come back.

First trip back to Breck in 25 years with my family.

This home is wonderfully located on peak 8, one bus stop from the base of peak 8, which made for easy access to the mountain with littler kids! We loved the home, plenty of space to congregate and spend time with family and the bedrooms we spacious. If I had one complaint I would say the bathrooms on the top floor are a little small to share with 3-4 people in a family.

Excellent family home

We had the entire family and a couple +1 of the kids and the privacy of the rooms coupled with the openness of the living area where we could all share made it for an unforgettable vacation. The heated floors were the best part of waking up every morning. We would definitely rent this property again for our next vacation. Also it was a 2 min trip to peak 8 and a 4min walk to the bus stop.

House is super clean and spacious! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and perfectly labeled and organized! PLENTY of room upstairs for everyone to sleep! Super nice area to leave ski wear downstairs when coming in! Hot tub was a nice touch! Grill was clean and ready for grilling! Will definitely book again

Amazing home

This home is amazing! The pictures and description exactly match the home. It was very clean, big and up to date. The owners have special service scheduled like trash pickup and hot tub maintenance. The location was so convenient to downtown Breck and would be a great place to stay during ski season. The owners were so easy to communicate with. We would definitely go back!

PERFECT

This home was in the perfect location. Very close to the bus stop which made it easy for little ones to walk in ski boots. The equipment room was a key feature allowing everyone a space for their gear. The hot tube is a must have after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen and family room are a wonderful spot to hanging out as a large group to end the evening. Three bedrooms with private bathrooms and king beds are ideal for multiple families. Lastly the bunk area provided extra excitement to cousins being able to have their own kids space, which adults appreciated also! We would definitely love to stay at this home again!

Perfect multi-family ski retreat

Three families stayed at the house for a spring break ski trip. The layout was perfect for us, and the location near the bus stop and with a short walk to the 4 o'clock run was stupendous. The kitchen was well stocked, and the mud room was amazing to handle gear for twelve skiers. We can't wait to come back!
