Wonderful location, excellent communication
My two sons and I traveled to Boston to visit my son and his wife who is doing doctoral research for Harvard. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s very convenient to downtown Boston and other suburbs. Salem and Plymouth were easy to access too. The kitchen has an ample amount of kitchenware and cutlery and the appliances are all new and efficient. Laundry machines are downstairs in the basement and shared with other tenants. Parking is on the street and a permit is provided for guests. We didn’t have any problems finding a spot to park, even with the holidays and sometimes coming home late. Olimpio was always quick to respond to our questions. We were very comfortable and felt at home. An incident happened where my daughter-in-law accidentally left a hard drive behind that was filled with months of doctoral work. She didn’t notice until a full day later but asked me to get in touch with the owner ASAP. I did and Olimpio asked his cleaning lady to check the apartment. I didn’t think we’d have any luck but she found it!! And they put it in a safe place for my son to retrieve it!!! Such great service overall and in going the extra mile to accommodate us all!! We will stay here again!!
