We love spending time celebrating our big birthdays with sisters and friends in Palmetto Bluff. We stayed in this location for two consecutive years. The recent updates in decor were very nice, especially in upstairs bathroom and in main living area! We loved making meals to enjoy together and spending time visiting each morning on the front porch. We had some difficulties establishing the bedding options upstairs and now know that the sleeper sofa is actually another full-size option. When we got sheets, pillows and comforter, it was much nicer.., but it is still a sofa bed. 🙂 Upstairs probably better for kids than for ladies over 60.

Beautiful home and great location. We were able to walk to whatever we needed to do and used the golf cart as well. There were 6 in our group and we had more than enough room, in fact one bedroom went unused. We were there for a wedding weekend and it did not disappoint Given the chance we would love to stay there again!

We loved our stay in this home! We have been to the Bluff several times, but never stayed at this home. It was perfectly located and full of everything you could need or want. the golf cart and bikes were an added bonus. The home is very well appointed and perfect. We will be back !!! Thank you for sharing your home and allowing us to create memories in this special part of the world.

The house was exactly as advertised and the location could not be more convenient! We walked to lunch, dinner and shopping. The house was perfectly appointed and so comfortable for 6 adults. We will definitely be back soon!

We come to the Bluff quite often and have always had a great experience..once inside the gates, it is truly beautiful The house easily accomodated 7 adults and the location was perfect to walk in and out of Wilson Village and the Montage I hope the VRBO owners can effectivley settle the amenity situation with the new owners as long term I think having access to all the amenities including golf is the best outcome for all involved Thanks for a super concierge service as well.... This was our second year staying at this property because we loved it so much last year! Ellen was very quick to respond to questions or to assist with bookings. The home is perfectly clean and as gorgeous as the pictures…also perfectly located. We woke up most mornings to take a short walk over to paddle board and see dolphins. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our family girls trip had 6 ladies from ages 40 to 80. Everyone found plenty to do at Palmetto Bluff. The walking is always a pleasure, RT’s market is great. We enjoyed the Canoe Club restaurant, pool and fitness center. We went to Bluffton one day to shop and enjoyed the lovely downtown and dinner at the Farm. Highly recommend the Farm. The home was spacious and in a fantastic location. It’s a great use of space. The 4 by Ickes included was an awesome bonus. Thanks, Ellen and crew for a wonderful get away! We do hope to return to Palmetto Bluff.

Great house, great location, great service! This house fit all the needs of our two families (with 4 kids ages 5-9) The large room upstairs was a great playroom for the kids! The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to have a lovely dinner at home with dinning on the porch. The free bikes at the house were a very nice addition and in great condition. House is very close to all the amenities and waterfront. Ellen did an amazing job coordinating all our dinner and activity reservations. Would definitely recommend or stay here again!

From the check in to the departure, everything was perfect. The house is very well laid out and suited our family of six wonderfully. The property is in a terrific location and was perfect for our stay. Very clean, well stocked with cooking utensils, nice stove and a grill out back. Very comfortable home with an open kitchen to the gathering space of the living room and a nice large wooden dining table in between. Interestingly, we were able to use the dishwasher on our second night of stay, but could not get it to run after that. Also, had some issues with refrigerator and freezer keeping as cool as they should've been. Neither of these "issues" took away from our stay, enjoyed it thoroughly!
