Excellent Location
This property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location couldn’t be any better. It was steps from the ferry so we could easily explore all of Lake Como. The neighborhood was lively and and fun, and only slightly noisy at night, which didn’t really bother us. The highlight for us was the large balcony. We spent a lot of time at the outdoor table eating, drinking, and watching the street life below. What a pleasure! Comfortable bed, nice shower, well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Bellagio. Very clean and spacious with everything that you could possibly need. Rosanna is a lovely caring lady who met us at the ferry terminal and helped us with our luggage to the apartment, then went on to explain everything to us about the ferries, places to visit, and best places to eat. The apartment is in an ideal location with a beautiful view. The only negative I would say is the amount of steps from the terminal to the apartment. On the day that we arrived unfortunately my husband had a chest infection and difficulty breathing (copd) and he found it extremely difficult to lug a heavy suitcase up the amount of steps to the apartment. Rosanna was very kind to lend a hand but just be aware of this if you suffer from asthma or copd. We would definitely stay again in Bellagio and this apartment but maybe bring a lighter suitcase. We would like to thank Francesco and Rosanna for a lovely stay and the help and knowledge that you gave us. This was our first time to Italy and Lake Como, and it definitely didn't disappoint. It is a stunning place to visit and we will be returning. Stuart + Tracy

The perfect location for a stay in Bellagio
During our 44 days traveling across Italy, we wanted our accommodations to help us truly experience Italy. This location was right in the middle of Bellagio on one of the main stairways with so many restaurants and shops within steps of where we were staying. We saw the same people everyday and our stay made us feel the real community of Bellagio. Our apartment was up the hill and on the second floor with no elevator, but it was not too bad getting everything up and down. The apartment is very nice and the deck was really nice to sit outside enjoying the views and listening to the church bells. Rosanna was one of the most amazing hosts we've had in all our stays in Italy. The night we checked in there was a terrible storm and we were literally soaked to the bone. Rosanna met us with umbrellas at the ferry and helped us bring our rain soaked luggage up to the room. She is a deeply caring and lovely woman and I could not imagine staying anywhere else when we return. If you find this VRBO available don't hesitate to book that jem. Thank you Rosanna for making our stay in Bellagio so memorable.

Great location!
We loved our stay at this great apartment in Bellagio! Very clean, tidy and super quiet even though it’s above a busy area. Just be aware there are 65 steps from the boat ferry area. Not to bad usually, but on a hot day with heavy luggage 😳 I would stay here again!

Bucket List for me!
I really don't want to say all of the great things about this property as others will want to book it and I would rather keep it to myself! Perfect location, VERY clean, updated, spacious, air conditioned, safe, and a very lovely host Rosanna! She assisted with event information, luggage, shopping. I felt like I was staying with family. The outside porch area was large with a peekaboo view of the lake and mountains. It was the absolutely perfect place for me. I shared with friends for two of the four weeks I was there and there was plenty of room inside and out. The pull out couch in the living room was comfortable(I was told) and the door to the room made it private for friends. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings listening to the restaurant and shop keepers greeting each other and starting their days. Just the right amount of "noise" without being intrusive and quiet at night. Can't go wrong with this property! I will be back. Thank you Rosanna!
