- Departure time (Check-out): Before 11:00 AM. Adhering to this schedule allows us to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
- Late check-in: Arrivals after 10:00 PM incur an additional charge of

Maximum Occupancy:
- The maximum capacity of the apartment is 2 people. It is not permitted to accommodate additional guests not included in the reservation.

Coexistence Rules:
- Parties and Events: It is not permitted to hold parties, events, or noisy gatherings in the apartment. This is a space for rest and tranquility.
- Noise: Please maintain a moderate noise level at all times. It is especially important to respect the community's quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.

Pets:
- Your four-legged friend is welcome! We accept a maximum of 1 pet, always upon prior request and approval. We appreciate you ensuring that your pet does not cause disturbance to neighbors or damage to the property.

Smoking Policy:
- This is a 100% smoke-free space. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a fresh and healthy environment for all guests.

Legal Requirements:
- Identification: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, personal information (passport or identity document) of all guests will be requested to notify their stay to the corresponding authorities.
