Our stay at this rental property was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure relaxation and tranquility. The property itself is incredibly comfortable, offering everything we could possibly need for a stress-free getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home, meticulously equipped with all the essentials and thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable.The peace and quiet of the location were a huge highlight. We loved waking up to the gentle sounds of the neighborhood, and enjoyed evenings free from any disturbances. Wonderful stay at the Hummingbird Cottage

We had a fantastic stay at Hummingbird Cottage! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — she answered all our questions promptly and even let us know about a local boil water notice (which thankfully didn’t affect the cottage).The location was ideal — close to downtown Arroyo Grande and convenient to shops and restaurants. Everything went smoothly, and we experienced no issues during our stay. Bonus: it’s pet-friendly, so we’re already looking forward to returning with our dog next time. Highly recommended!

Quick weekend getaway

Just a quick weekend getaway, but it was so much more enjoyable because of the place we stayed. The Hummingbird Cottage was the perfect place. Clean, quaint, and very inverting. We highly recommend a stay.

Great find close to Arroyo Grande Village

My husband and I had a great stay (with our dog) at this well decorated, well equipped one-bedroom in a lovely neighborhood in Arroyo Grande. Full kitchen, comfortable living room, and a nice small private patio. Arroyo Grande Village is really cute with some nice shops, restaurants and coffee places and the village has a nice slow pace. We’ll be back - thanks!

Great, cozy little place tucked away in the trees. Loved the peace and quiet. We could hear the coyotes yipping in the hills sitting out on the cute patio one night. It’s the perfect place to stay if you don’t want to be at the beach!

New and Well Appointed

The cottage is exactly as advertised. It is very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. The kitchen has full size appliances and is well stocked including some spices and other essentials. Although a part of one wall is shared with the main house the cottage is quiet and private. The owner was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. We will book the cottage again when visiting friends in the AG area.

Awesome stay

This place is great. The owner has put in a lot of thought to the little details. Our family loves staying in this area and we plan to be back. Would highly recommend for single, couples or even small family. We had plenty for us and our two boys.

Quiet, Clean, and close to the Village of AG

Manager had great communication all the way up to the time we showed up. Didn’t have any need to contact her during our stay since the place was clean and exactly as described. Me, my wife, and son stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay. It’s on a low traffic road and nice and quiet. Would happily stay here again when we decide to visit the area again.

Great Spot

On the small.side but very upgraded and very nice outdoor space as well. Everything was well stocked or left at the door as soon as it was asked for. Snacks and basic cooking supplies such as oil and spices and condiment packets. They really went above and beyond. Even supplied tv as well as streaming. Nice and quiet neighborhood and near a thrivi ng downtown. Played pickleball and swam laps nearby. Beaches were great too. Loved every minute!

Serene and cozy getaway

We stayed here to attend our son’s CalPoly graduation. The location is great because it’s close to SLO but away from the crowds. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Host Kelly is also quick to respond and help if needed. The Hummingbird Cottage is lovely and clean, we'll definitely stay here again.
