Tiene todo y mas de la media. Gimansio, la posibilidad de tomar un café caliente a cualquier hora gratis! Estacionamiento privado a buen precio y una de las recepcionistas habla español. Está muy bien ubicado también.

Excelente Hotel en el centro histórico de la ciuda
Excelente atención del personal. Muy atentos a todas las necesidades y cálidos. Habitaciones limpias y funcionales. Muy buena calefacción. Excelente ubicación en pleno centro histórico y a pasos de la terminal. Si vuelvo a Annecy sin duda me hospedare allí.

it is charming, clean and conveniently located for sightseeing. The room was on the 4th floor and its elevator only goes to the 3d floor. we had skies and heavy luggage that we need to drug up the stairs. Fortunately, when we were leaving, an employee helped us with the luggage

A good hotel, but the employee named Tony is bad and rude and shouts loudly. I hope he will be fired. He does not respect the guests

Comfortable and classy Aparthotel
Well-located just a few blocks from the train/bus station and a block or so away from the old town. Helpful and friendly staff. Well-appointed Aparthotel. Modern bathroom with heated towel rack. A nice renovated building with character inside. I will happily stay here if I return to Annecy.

chambre spacieuse et propre. Juste bémol, un peu froid, sous les toits, pas de chauffage . Si on veut lire un livre, appuyée sur les oreillers, le lit glisse et se déplace. Coin cuisine pratique et utile.

Great stay, great location, friendly staff
Lovely apartment in a fabulous location situated in the wonderful city of Annecy. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. This was right in the centre of the city and reasonably priced, with all equipment you would expect from a good aparthotel. Highly recommended.

Friendliness, cleanliness and smiles!
The front desk staff couldn’t have been more accommodating…..Svetlana, Lisa, Roxanne and the young man we saw the first day were SO helpful! Breakfast was delicious….and the breakfast room very clean! The young lady from Madagascar was SO sweet! The only mishap was not cleaning our room one day. The matter was quickly taken care of. We would not hesitate to visit Privilodges again in the near future.

Convenient location but the entrance was a bit hard to find. Staff were helpful and our room was nice. Plenty of dining options nearby.

This was a super location, never used the car, walked everywhere. The room was clean, felt like it was new. Breakfast was very good. No complaints about anything , we will be back

청소상태만 좋았다면 이용하기 편리한 숙소. 하지만 침대시트는 더러운 얼룩이 군데군데 크게 남아있어 몇번을 갈지않고 재사용하는지 의문이들었고, 바닥에는 머리카락이 여러개 떨어져있어서 청소를 대충하는것같다.

도보 5~10분내에 관광 중심지로 갈 수 있는, 지리적인 장점. 호텔 시설 깔끔하고 부대시설도 이용 가능. 호텔내 주차는 예약이 필요해서 다소 불편했지만, 200m 정도 공용 주차에 대한 할인권도 제공받음.

Excellent property. Very nice employees who were helpful. Clean, everything seemed new. Good layout of rooms and amenities for our family of 4. Only minor issue, and not the property's fault, there was a homeless woman who had camped out in the front on the street. She clearly had a mental health issue so it was sad to see her in that state. Many people would stop and try to give her assistance, including the city service workers. A good reminder to be grateful for what you have. If we ever visit Annecy again I would return.

에어컨 빵빵하고 침대 편하고 안시호랑 가까워서 좋은데 화장실 욕조 물 진짜 안내려가서 씻는 동안 발목까지 차서 배수가 안돼요. 그거 빼고는 방 안에 취사 시설도 있고 직원들 친절해서 좋았습니다. 조식 가성비는 좀 떨어지는 편.

Great location!
The location is really great. Right in the middle of Annecy city centre. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived late, but it was easy to check in and enter the hotel because of a check-in machine outside the entrance.
