El lugar es excelente y esta muy cerca de la estacion de tren. Muy buenas condiciones, muy buen espacio y muy bien cuidado. Lamentablemente nos toco en la planta baja a lado de la basura y olia un poco mal. El baño tenia el calentador de ropa siempre activo y fue imposible apagarlo lo cual nos genero mucha incomodidad y calor.

Bien situado, sin ventilación, mucho calor
Apartamento en lugar perfecto para todas las visitas y comunicaciones. Se debía subir dos pisos por escaleras empinadisimas. No se podían abrir ventanas, mucha luz pero sin la posibilidad de ventilar. Muchísimo calor un único aire acondicionado que no enfriaba y dos ventiladores, totalmente insuficiente.

Los apartamentos están a 15 min del barrio Rojo, y el recorrido turístico más largo caminando está a 30 min, cosa q merece la pena para disfrutar de la ciudad. Además, sólo te lleva 10 min desde la estación central caminando. Aunque el apartamento tiene los utensilios básicos de cocina, así como café y azúcar,se hubieran agradecido cosas como aceite y sal, y algo más de solo 2 rollos de papel higiénico. A nosotros nos tocó el apartamento Harbour 3, en la planta baja,y al estar métido en el patio interior resultaba muy silencioso por la noche. La cama y almohadas eran lo mejor!! Cómodo y grande.

Buena situación
El apartamento no era el de las fotos, pero creo que ya lo decia en algun sitio de la web... Estaba prohibido fumar y sobretodo pedian mucho cuidado con el humo a la hora de cocinar, pero no había ningun extractor de humos!! El unico inconveniente es la casa de empeños que hay al lado y alguno de sus clientes. Al estar en el apartamento mas bajo, se escuchaba todo. Por lo demas todo bien. Volveremos.

El apartamento del terror
Este apartamento ha sido el peor lugar en el que he estado en mi vida. El lugar esta en muy malas condiciones, solo entrando al hotel habia botellas de licor y el piso completamente sucio. Los apartamentos estan muy viejos y muy mal mantenidos. Las alfombras estan sucias. Cuando llegamos el ascensor no funcionaba y toco llevar las maletas a un segundo piso con unas escaleras muy pequeñas y con un alta pendiente. Mas parece un lugar de mala muerte. EL ruido de la noche fue terrible, personas llegando borrachas gritando en la noche y en la madrugada. El sito queda a 15 minutos caminando del centro pero no hay donde comer cerca, es de verdad un sitio terrible. No se lo recomiendo a nadie y me encargare de comentar en cada pagina que pueda. Estoy muy defraudado de Hotels.com!

Well located bad service
The Ap is well located but the administration is too far about 15 blocks . I went with my family with all the luggage to the Ap but the adm was not there . So I have to go back and forth. The taxi is too expensive to move. The Ap is nice but so different to the illustrated in Expedia. Expedia show the Ap address but not the Adm address .

Pain from the start!
From the start it was a pain. The online phone keyless entry didn't work, I had to travel 20 min away to get a physical key card because they didn't have a checkin desk the our location. There was a smoker on our floor (supposed to be smoke free) when I complained they said they would send security to check it out but we still had smoke coming into our place the whole time. The place is in a black hole for public transportation if you want to use anything other than Uber. We had fire alarm go off while we were there and it was on for over an hour. There was no way of communicating with the office to get it shut off. Granted that may have been a fluke but still there is no clear way of getting any help if there is an issue. The only pros were the size of the apartment. It was modern, clean and had a full kitchen. But to me that didn't make it worth it for the other pain points.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! We were not put into the room that we booked, we put in the basement room. I planned on sleeping on the large corner couch and my brother slept in the bed, not the case, I eneded up sleeping on a little 2 seater. There was no spare anything apart from dishware and the likes, oh wait we were blessed to get a second roll of toilet paper. The fridge was not working correctly and some service men called with a new one, which should of been when we were not there. The TV worked but most stations were in Dutch and the reception was breaking up, thank god I had my Roku stick with us. The bathroom had ancient sockets that were in the bathroom that were concerningly close too the shower. The bed has stains. The Immersion did not work properly and yet again the service men called in. No Toaster!.

Great apartment in a good location
For a group of friends who spent very little time in the apartment it was a great base! On the whole it was clean if a little tired decor in places and in a good location, 10 minutes from the main areas. The lift was not working and the stairs were extremely steep which was a challenge with luggage (and late at night!), getting up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment was enormous, a little strange layout with 3 floors (one completely empty), and huge rooms with just a bed in them. It felt strange to have to use a sofa bed when there was extra bedrooms and extra space in them, it would have been better to have the living space as just that and not one of the bedrooms. We had to put away one of the beds each time we sat together and had nowhere to hang clothes up and get dressed etc. for one of our party

Overall unit is fine but ...
Unit itself is fine but there are some area of concerns for us. Cons : 1. Lift is not working throughout our whole stay. We have to carry our big luggage up 2 steep, narrow and long flight of stairs. If there are elderly and the lift is not working then this unit will be a real concern 2. Sound proofing is not good, we are woken up quite a few time by the noise upstairs 3. At night, there will be people sitting on the stairs smoking cannibis, we always make it a point not to go back too late at night. 4. Windows cannot to open at all. No fresh air coming into the unit. Pros: 1. Unit size is great 2. Unit interior condition quite well kept and clean 3. Great water pressure 4. Location is good.

Appartement bien placé Situé a 20 min en métro du lieu du Check-in L’appartement ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos Le coin nuit était constitué de deux lits simples dans un coin sans aucune possibilité de faire le tour des lits, pas de lampe ni de table de chevet La salle de bain est très vieillotte L’appartement est plutôt bien équipé : vaisselle, bouilloire, … mais l’entretien pourrait être amélioré

Leider konnte nur ein Fenster im Schlafzimner geöffnet werden. Die Fenster waren im Bad wie im Schlafzimmer mit Zeitung zugeklebt und es stand ein Gerüst davor. Des Weiteren wurden die Wohnungen von jungen Leuten angemietet. Ab Freitag würde ich die Wohnung nicht anmieten.

This property was amazing. Gives you the basic bits you need like a continental set- bath towels and cloths, washing up liquid so that’s save money and luggage space. Constant communication which was amazing even calling the day before to see where I would prefer key pick up. Luggage hold area. Friendly staff. Place was nice, clean and spacious. Everything was there you need. Washing machine, cooker etc. One bad point was no cooking trays

This was my first trip to Amsterdam and to Europe. The location of this Apartment was absolutely the best thing about staying here. It was within a 10-15 minute walk from Cenraal Station. It was easy to walk from the apartment into the center of town, the red light district, and many o the tourist destinations. This is an apartment building that winds down and back into loft apartments toward the back of the building. There are multiple unites on multiple floors and you must pay close attention to the signs in order to find the correct apartment that you have rented. The building has a coded entry system which is helpful. The apartment that I had was a key entry apartment which meant that I had to carry around keys and make sure that I kept up with them rather than a card or a code. I was upgraded to a larger space than I originally booked, which was appreciated. Although it made the location of my apartment much deeper into the building and that made it more difficult to find when I arrived and on late nights. It also meant that there were quite a few stairs. Also, there was a courtyard between the building and the loft apartments in the back, the doors from the courtyard were never closed which meant that there were leaved inside both of the corridors and, those corridors remained very cold all the time. It was uncomfortable to be in those corridors. Overall, I would book this location again, within the larger building and not in the stand alone lofts in the back.
I had use of a fully functioning kitchen with all of the needed supplies to make and serve meals.
I had a small workspace that was large enough for a laptop and my other electronics to charge.
I had a large bed that was comfortable as well as the use of a small wardrobe that also contained a safe for my personal belongings.
I had a small sitting area with two chairs.

After staying at the luxury apartment in Athens, I thought an apartment would be the best option again However this place does NOT care about their guests. The lady at the check in place at the airport kept rolling her eyrs at our questions She charged us 50 euros for some unknown tax The towels toilet paper garbage bags soap shampu were not replaced in a week When I requested toilet paper I was told I was in my own The apartment was never cleaned durung the week of our stay The garbage area was less than 100 meter from our apartment door Since the door covered the area and there was not any kind of smell, we were kind of like what the heck However every morning the employees left the door open so our first view coming out ofcthe apartment was a garbage view For the price you csn find better options and more centric This place is almost 20 to 25 minutes walk from central station I ignored some negative reviews but please take into account the reviews Do more research In my humble opinion, this place isnt worth it the price
