Nos ha encantado la habitación, muy grande y cómoda, había mucho espacio y la terraza era enorme, la ducha efecto lluvia superrelajante y tener parking gratuito en el mismo edificio donde nos alojamos es de agradecer. No nos ha gustado mucho el buffet, la comida era muy repetitiva aunque estaba por lo general buena, en uno de los Restaurantes hacen carne o pescado a la plancha, y pizzas también, muy buenas por cierto (nos dimos cuenta el segundo día y ya comíamos allí siempre). Se echa en falta poder tomar un picoteo o merienda con dulces como en otros hoteles todo incluido. El personal en general, poco amable, y los camareros poco atentos a la hora de recoger las mesas y si necesitabas algo.

Hotel recomendable para una estancia Familiar
Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel y lo recomendamos totalmente , amplias habitaciones y aparcamiento privado incluido. Club infantil para los niños y piscinas varias para todas las edades. Comida variada y abundante con amplios horarios. Como comentario a mejorar : que el zumo de las mañanas fuera natural, y que cuando se indica que la ocupación de la suite es de 4 personas (2 adultos y dos niños) los niños no tengan que compartir el sofá cama , cuando se solicitó cama supletoria para que durmieran separados nos indicaron que no tenían. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Es un hotel increíble
Supera todo aquello que me pudiera esperar. Acabamos de dejar el hotel y tenemos ganas de volver. Sin duda para repetir. La cama (al menos la mía) era algo incomoda, muelles, pero por lo demás increíble.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is lovely. Pool area was great, room was spacious and spotless. Food was plentiful but often cold for some reason. Lots of drink choice including cider. Staff are friendly but we did get reprimanded off one staff member for not booking in for breakfast which was embarrassing. Free shuttle to a lovely beach or 15/20 minute walk. I think the hotel would be great for families as certain pools are really shallow for toddlers, theres a park, beach vollyball. The hotel just wasnt for us, a couple in our late 40s who stayed for 2 weeks. I didnt like that we needed to book for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, we didnt want to be on a schedule on a 2 week holiday. We found the hotel was occupied by lots of groups of golfers who would be pretty loud on an evening, which is fine as everyone is on holiday to enjoy themselves but it would be beneficial if the hotel had a seperate room for people wanting a quiet drink or to watch the entertainment. The 2 bars, sports and lobby bars both have tvs and these were always playing sports. The poor entertainers had to preform over shouting from guests watching football/rugby. They wasnt really anything or anywhere else in the immediate area to go to on an evening. An uber to yhe old town was 8 to 10 euros.

The apartment we stayed in was nice and clean, good working AC and fully equipt kitchen. The beds are really comfy and the balcony spacious and nice. Cleaning is done very well, you get between 4-8 bottles of water a day in your refrigerator. The hotel area is clean and well kept, pools are nice and the sunbeds OK. We had no problems getting sunbeds every day, even though we slept longer than 10. On the other hand, which is kind of misleading. There are three different restaurants but it's kind of the same food in them all. You HAVE to book breakfast, lunch and dinner every day which I think is kind of uncomfortable and unflexible. The food is quite tasteless and absolutely no salt, the pizza slices is the best thing we remember from the visit. The snacks that is promised is under very limited of time during the day, so is the ice cream which is very different from other allinclusives in my experience. It is said that english is one of the spoken languages at the hotel but in fact there is very limited understanding of english, this makes it hard to communicate with the staff. We didn't have the opportunity to change our pool towels more than twice during the week since they didn't have enough towels. Some of the staff is nice, especially the cleaning staff. Some of the staff is not that nice and are looking like they won't to go home. Over all, I would stay in this hotel if it was near some outside restaurants, but I wouldn't pay this price for all inclusive.

Could be so much better - disappointing service.
Lack of any welcome on arrival. Many reception staff are untrained. It would appear the customer is not important but a nuisance (how dare we disturb their time on mobile devices). The place was very clean and the bedroom was lovely with the most comfy bed. Housekeeping staff were very thorough. Food was very good with a wide range & variety for all tastes. The restaurant and bar staff were surly and did not appear to smile. Our biggest disappointment was the state of the tennis courts - mostly covered in sand making play impossible. This was very disappointing as we arrived to play tennis but could not. Overall this resort did not meet our expectations. Staff training needs to improve. Management are unaware of maintenance issues.

O staff foi bem atencioso e simpático. O que decepcionou muito foi o serviço de buffet e bebidas no sistema all inclusive de um resort 4 estrelas. Apesar do hotel oferecer 3 opções de restaurantes (barbecue, italiano e português), seria muito melhor ter menos quantidade/variedade e mais preocupação com a qualidade dos alimentos e também das bebidas. Apenas como exemplo: não faz sentido estar no Algarve e o sumo de laranja ser artificial e não natural. Além disso, a temperatura dos restaurantes estava desagradável, porque as portas ficam abertas e o ar condicionado não da conta de refrescar o calor. Nossa opção por um resort 4 estrelas sistema all inclusive foi pelo conceito do conforto, praticidade e qualidade no mesmo local e para a nossa família não foi uma experiência completa.

O check in atrasou se mais de duas horas, foram nos dadas informacoes erradas no check in. Nos restaurantes os funcionários ou eram muito simpaticos ou rudes, havia muita repetição de comida. Nao tiveram em consideração as observações da reserva, apos duas reclamações a situação foi parcialmente corrigida. Apesar de ter sido feito um upgrade de quarto devido aos incomodos que nos foram causados , o quarto estava com muito pó e a cama nao foi a requesitada. Ao prepararem a cama de casal, nao foi feito nas condições prometidas o que tornou a noite bastante desconfortavel.

Disappointing service and stay
The hotel is 4 star but it has the bare minimum. There are no slippers or robe, and there’s only hand soap available. We didn’t have hot water. We left our phone chargers and a set of earrings and when we call the next day to go get them, the reception said nothing was found which means housekeeping by probably kept them. The food is buffet which is not hygienic, I saw a customer picking up pizza with their hands from the buffet. There are 3 restaurants on site which the reception said to book online. We tried but two of them gave an error page. Called reception to book it for us, when we got there the restaurant was closed. The terraces are the best thing of the rooms. Overall it was not value for money as it’s not q cheap hotel and the experience as disappointing.

Please note that robes and slippers are not included in the room rate, it is not the hotel's policy to provide these items free of charge as part of the accommodation package. This information is provided in the hotel's website, where it is also mentioned that all 3 restaurants are buffet. According to the portuguese regulation, please note that buffets meals are allowed in hotels and the hotel complies with all the portuguese Health and Safety requirements and it is inspected regularly. In regards to buffets procedure, the hotel provides all guests with the legally required products to get the food in a safe and hygienic way (alcohol gel, masks and cuttlery). We understand and share your concern regarding the buffet station We praise for the health and safety of all our guests and will keep on teams on high alert for these kind of situations. Regarding your Lost and Found, we would like to point that our staff does not behave like that and they have our best considerations. Abaixo das expectativas
Talvez por estarmos em período de pandemia, acabamos por achar a experiência neste hotel abaixo das nossas expectativas. Quarto com alguns problemas (não tinha televisão no quarto, a porta não fechava de forma adequada tendo sempre que fazer várias tentativas até fechar), animação fraquinha (excepção feita ao mágico Carlos Rivotti, claramente o ponto alto da animação), kids club desinteressado e desorganizado, até em comparação com o Pestana Palace, parque infantil demasiado pequeno, e acima de tudo, a pior experiência de comida em regime de tudo incluído que já tivemos ( e este é o nosso sexto ano num hotel em regime de tudo incluído ). O espaço em si é bastante agradável, assim como as piscinas, com várias opções e com a água a temperatura bastante agradável. O comboio para a praia é supérfluo, já que nos deixa a cerca de 10 mins a pé da praia. Para a distância a que nos deixa da praia DA GALÉ, penso que mais valia ir a pé do hotel para a praia dos Salgados Em suma, e especialmente tendo em conta o valor que pagamos, penso que foi uma experiência mediana.

Very early in the season so I appreciate that they weren't in full swing. The food was nice but not all that hot, we had to use the microwave to warm up the breakfast. The cocktails were nice but in plastic glasses, which I thought was not really necessary if you are in the bar in the evening. The two bars were both very unappealing, very basic like a canteen or staff room & the outside areas were like car parks with seats. Perhaps they hadn't got around to putting in a couple of potted palms!

Very good overall.
Overall it's a great resort. The pool pools are fabulous and the food is of a high standard. However, there are some issues. The Aircon in our room did not work. I reported this 5 times over our 10 night holiday but it was not fixed and they didn't offer an alternative suite. The option to purchase a proper coffee would be great

Essen war super. Immer wieder frisch nachgefüllt und teils vor den Augen zubereitet. Richtig schönes großes Zimmer. Wenn man es ruhiger haben will sollte man nicht "Pool View" buchen. Als Familie einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen. Für jung und alt etwas dabei und perfekt geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Excellent hotel for families and couples
Excellent stay at a beautiful well kept and spacious hotel. We stayed in family room which allowed us to keep our 2 year old within the same room but a separate closed area for the earlier bedtime. Hoping to visit again sooner rather than later.

Good hotel for families
We, a family of 4 with a 5 year old and an 11 month old, stayed for 10 nights. The staff were all great and very helpful. Our children loved the swimming pools and the small swing park. The baby pools were really good as the children could play and you can sit and watch them. The larger pools were good as well. The pools we went to never felt busy. The sun loungers were nearly full most days, with a few having towels on them but no one being there all day. There were 3 restaurants to choose from and you were asked to book them every morning. Despite booking a restaurant you could get food from all 3 so we weren't sure why you needed to book. The food was reasonable but got a bit repetitive. If you're not a fussy eater you will find something. The cereal choices at breakfast were limited but the omelettes were good. The pastries were just OK. The beach is a fair distance from the hotel but the beach train saves you walking. However,it's still a 5mins walk to the beach from the train. There isn't much nearby, which we were aware of beforehand, so hiring a car or getting taxis might be needed. I would recommend for families and would stay again.
