Estancia no muy agradable
La estancia no ha sido tan agradable como esperabamos. Principalmente nos dimos cuenta de que el hotel es de solo dos estrellas mientras que en la página web pone que es de tres. En segundo lugar, nos dieron una habitación en la planta baja al lado de la recepción, la cual no tenía nada que ver con las fotos de la web y además estaba en unas condiciones no muy cómodas ya que no disponía de luz el baño y las luces de la habitación estaban fundidas. Además el frigorífico que estaba puesto en el suelo impedía que el armario se abriera. Cuando fuimos a quejarnos de la situación en la que estabamos, los de la recepción no nos lo pudieron cambiar y tuvimos que pasar la noche ahi. El día siguiente nos cambiaron la habitación pero esta tampoco tenía nada que ver con las fotos ya que no tenía ninguna vista al mar, solo una planta baja trasera que daba a una pared, aun así, estaba en mejores condiciones que la primera habitación.

Decepcionante. No lo recomendaría
Muy descontento con el hotel. Mucho ruido por las noches de gente que vuelve de fiesta y de las tuberías de agua cuando enciende el grifo. Todas las tardes el baño acababa oliendo a cloaca por las tuberías. Además, de que dos días dejamos entrar al servicio de limpieza en la habitación porque teniamos una mancha en las sábanas y ni un día la cambiaron. Too disappointed with the hotel. too much noise at night because of people coming back from nights out and because of water tubes because they made too much noise when someone opened the tab in other rooms. Besides, we had a stain in the bed sheet and the cleaning service was unable to change the bed sheets twice.

NO LO RECOMIENDO. LAS FOTOS MIENTEN
La habitación que promocionan en las fotos de la app no existen. Ellos mismos lo confirmaron. Nos querían dar una habitación en el subsuelo cuando sacamos una con balcón y vista al mar. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación. Muchos ruidos de otros huéspedes y no hacían nada ante nuestros reclamos. No tiene secador de pelo. No volvería nunca. Otros huéspedes con muchas quejas.

The room was really old and kind of dirty. The beds and the pillows are really old and uncomfortable. The price is too high for the room you are getting.

Location is the hotel biggest asset
We stayed here for a 3 night stay in May. At arrival we noticed at the front desk there were troubles with the outrageous behaviour of a few english guest and it was promptly taken care of by the recepcionist and the security staff. We were given a room at the second floor that had a small terrace. The only problem was it had no view whatsoever besides a wall. We asked to change the room and our request was kindly accepted. We were placed in the same floor as the english guests that were causing trouble earler. Anyway, the recepcionist was assertive by assuring us that if we noticed any loud noise that she would call the security staff again and even the police. Our new room had much better view towards the old city center and a glimpse of the ocean. We stayed in this hotel previously twice and everytime we went the rooms had the same view. The hotel needs a refurbishment. It looks very dated. The breakfast was a major let down. All we ate was coffee, orange and cheese. Managment really needs to invest in a good breakfast or simply dont even bother offering such an appaling one. Scrambled eggs, bacon are staple ingredients easy too cook and could add so much value to the stay. Apart from the pool area, guest can enjoy an impressive 360º view on the rooftop and rest on the sunbeds available. There are plenty.

La habitación estaba en una especie de sótano,el hotel bastante sucio y recepcionista no muy agradable.lo mejor la ubicación pero por precio no se puede pedir más

Personalen var bra och städperonalen utmärkt. Däremot saknades bröd på frukosten en av dagarna pocherat bacon en annan dag. En dag uppstod en avloppslukten som städpersonalen avhjälpte snabbt. WiFi kom och gick.

In der Umgebung ist es sehr laut. In der Bar in unmittelbarer Nähe dröhnt die laute Musik und die Gesänge der Menschen bis 3-4 Uhr morgens. Leider war es auch km Hotel im Flur immer wieder sehr laut. Laut krachende Türen und anderer Lärm. Die Lage ist aber perfekt.

Wouldn't recommend
Very tired looking room in the original part of the hotel, grubby and tattered furniture and carpet. Very noisy and some quite rude staff. Pool area wasn't cleared of rubbish from one day to the next.

There is so much noise all night as the walls are paper thin, and then early in the morning the maids are extremely loud. Beds are really uncomfortable too. Good location for albuferia old town, however would not stay here again.

Mixed feelings
A nice location. Close to town and the beach. I asked in advance if it was possible to check in earlier because of my travel logistics. They answered that they couldnt promise anything because of the check outs and the time it tok to clean, but would try to meet my wish. When I arrived at 12 pm the reception said that all check were after 15pm and that I had to wait. I overheard that the couple behind me in line could check in at once. This was a dissapointment. The room and bathroom had a good size and were clean. Thin doors and walls. A plus that I got my own breakfast bag because I left before breakfast time.

If you’re looking for a hostel looking hotel this is the one. The first room I was given was not at all what was advertised, there wasn’t even any room to open my suitcase. When we spoke to the hotel they moved us the next day to a new room, which they failed to tell us had just been freshly painted. We had to live in a room that smelled like toxic paint, what customer service. Don’t let the cheap price fool you, not worth it.

This is a terrible property, it had a bad odour throughout it, if your 20 and want to party all night and don’t care about your room or what your sleeping in, this is your place… at 3am we had someone urinating in the hallway, we left the hotel after one night , they still charged us for 3 and said we have 200’young people here doing whatever they want… avoid if your looking for anything otherwise its disgusting, paper thin wall, mold in bathrooms

Wat je krijgt voor de prijs is prima! Echter kan je er niet met kaart betalen wat ik raar vind, ontbijt is sober, langs zwembad weinig plek. Schoonmaak is goed, personeel is stil en doet weinig. Kamer klein, maar alles is erg!

Esperienza terrificante. La camera prenotata sul portale non esisteva. Siamo stati confinati nei bassifondi dell'hotel. Confinati come TOPI. Lenzuola maleodoranti e sottili come carta velina, cuscini puzzolenti e piccolissimi a livello di quelli dei bungalow. Una plastica sopra il materasso che in presenza di lenzuola lise ed inconsistenti praticamente era come dormire sulla plastica. Erano presenti 3 letti di altezze diverse. Avevamo chiesto una camera matrimoniale....... abbiamo dormito come ragazzi in campeggio ..... Vergogna!!! Avevamo i clienti della piscina a 3 metri dal letto, praticamente erano in stanza con noi. Non potevamo tenere aperta la porta del balconcino di un metro quadrato perché avremmo avuto persone direttamente in camera. Personale che sbatteva le porte a tutte le ore. La piscina per regola doveva chiudere alle ore 20, ma la gente continuava ad arrivare a tutte le ore. Nessun controllo, nessun rispetto per le regole. Alla reception personale scortese che ci ha trattato come dei pezzenti. Colazione PENOSA, con brioches che erano di cartone, biscotti da spaccarsi i denti. Bevande pietose. Il secondo giorno, a seguito delle nostre rimostranze, ci hanno proposto una stanza con 3 letti ammassati, nella quale non si poteva nemmeno muoversi. Il proprietario/manager non si scomodi a rispondere. Si deve solo VERGOGNARE

Decent stay great location
Hotel is in a brilliant location, less than 5 minute walk into the old town, to shops restaurants pubs and the beach! Rooms with pool/sea view are quite noisy at night time. Majority of staff are lovely and very helpful, one lady at reception (blonde short hair) was very rude, no people skills, wasn’t approachable and not helpful at all!! Hated seeing her whilst passing reception. Everyone else is lovely though

Alors arriver dans ma chambre que j’ai réservé qui est sensé être au dernière étages vue sur la ville je m’aperçois qu’ont ne m’a pas donner ma chambre. Qu’ont a essayer de me convaincre que c’étaient normal d’avoir une chambre que je n’avais pas sélectionné j’ai récupéré ma chambre après une nuit. Je ne conseille pas du tout cette hôtel trop bruyant les gens crie les fenêtres sont mal isolées ont entend toute la fête de l’extérieur, et à l’hôtel c’est une catastrophe les passant crie dans les couloir toute la nuit jusqu’à 5h du matin. C’est ce qui m’a casser mes vacances je ne retournerai jamais dans cette hôtel. Il y’a également aucune prises prêt du lit. Les femmes de ménage font un bruit énorme à partir de 8h du matin ont entend des lit se déplacer cette hôtel n’est vraiment pas reposant je vous conseille de voir ailleurs. Ça ne vaut pas du tout coup.

ÓTIMA OPÇÃO EM ALBUFEIRA!
Após 31 anos, eu e minha esposa voltamos a nos hospedar no Hotel Vila Recife. E novamente valeu muito a pena! A localização é fenomenal. Muito próximo á praia e dentro do centro histórico de Albufeira. O staff, incluindo a equipe da recepção e, principalmente, o Sr. Joaquim, do café da manhã, é muito atencioso. O café da manhã é honesto e atende às necessidades.

Great location/staff otherwise below average
Room was too small for 2 people - we were tripping over each other to try to pass each other within the room. In addition, free wifi was offered but the wifi did not reach our room which was frustrating. Mirror in the bathroom was disgusting dirty/stained with dirt - it should honestly be replaced. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect and would consider staying there again for this reason alone.

Staff were really lovely, had a leak one morning and it was sorted within an hour, offered a new room but it was fixed so felt no need. Only downside is the church bells that start from 8am so it’s hard to lie in, and also the doors aren’t very insulated so you hear everything going on in the corridor/when the cleaners clean the rooms in the morning on the same level. I paid for breakfast and couldn’t eat anything as I’m vegan but I had lots of coffee which I’m happy with. They did tell me if I mentioned it prior they would have gotten me food which is nice of them - I booked last minute (day before) so it didn’t bother me at all. There’s places close by that cater. Location is great, super close to the beach and the bars and restaurants. Pool gets sun all day. Overall really happy with my stay

Welcoming entrance and restaurant. Cleaning staff very helpful. Great view of town square. Very close to both the centre and beach
