"Muy caro y son abusivos. Te imponen propinas aunque no quieras darlas, y lo peor, las opciones son 18%, 20% y 22%. Los restaurantes del hotel muy caros. la limpieza de las habitaciones incompleta, dejan todo lo que esté en el piso ahí, desde ropa hasta basura, solo tienden las camas y secan el baño. La fachada del edificio se encuentra desgastada. Las instalaciones están bien, el lobby bien, las albercas y salida a la playa son bonitas, la playa muy linda. Habitaciones de tamaño suficiente."

"We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...
